   Excelente atención, muy rica la comida, menú pequeño, las bebidas un poco fuertes para mi gusto, en general la pasamos de maravilla.

   It’s kind of a typical Palm Springs story. It’s a place that’s meant to be visually appealing, but the food is very sub-par We had the oysters which had been drained of all the oyster liquor and no Mignonette sauce My husband had the pork chop which was OK, but the sauces and mash underneath were overwhelming. Worse was my dish, the duck breast. The duck was VERY overcooked and yet the skin was flabby and terrible Duck should be served medium rare and with a beautiful crisp skin. I guess the upside was there were only two small medallions, so I guess that was a win. The service was generally good. A very sad experience.

   Excellent food and service. Our favorite place to dine in Palm Springs. Staff professional and friendly. Menu is varied and food is consistently good. Great atmosphere with a fun mix os clientele,

   We had not been in a while, was very disappointed with the quality and food presentation. The octopus salad was horrible, could not even tell if it was octopus, it was rubbery, lettuce limp and what’s with the fried egg? My husband had the chowder and he said it was tasteless, even after adding salt, pepper. The cauliflower steak was tasty , pear salad was good as well. It’s a shame as ambiance is nice, especially on a warm night. I don’t see myself going back in the near future.

    My friend and I really enjoyed our lunch at Eight4Nine. We shared Eggs Benedict and the outrageously good deconstructed S'mores dessert. I consider myself an Eggs Benedict aficionado, and I have to say this was the best Hollandaise I have had for a long time! the desert was the stuff of my dreams. Excellent service by Sandy, delightful cool ambience, delicious food...what more could one picky diner ask for? Thank you to all, and look forward returning soon.
