   The food was excellent! The service was spectacular in the beginning, by the end we had to wait a bit for our waiter to return so we could request the check, but all in all was a fantastic experience and will definitely come again.

   I enjoyed this restaurant from service to amazing food. I tried the Brisket one hitter and the beets. I was instantly impressed and knew anything else that would follow would be amazing. We got the chicken and it was so juicy and flavorful. Service was hospitable and each bartender was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Manager on duty was running food and being a great team player. Lastly, the interior decor just takes you out of dallas and to a small town in mexico. Safe to say I really enjoyed my experience.    Carlos Elegante is hands down the best meal and best scene going in Dallas. Mother's Day brunch was delicious. With the doors and widows open, the perfect weather and general vibe of the restaurant gives one an international vibe without the need to stamp your passport. Highly recommend. Sit at the bar and make new friends or grab a table with old friends.

   For the price level I was very disappointed! I decided to treat my wife for Mother’s Day and decided to take our 2 kids with us. I figured the the restaurant would be safe for kids. The night ended with a restaurant patron and server getting in an actual fist fight! I was shocked I would expect that in a bar or adult environment but not in a “upscale restaurant” I figure maybe they should adjust their pricing for the kind of bar fight my kids witness. The food was good but I felt it was way over priced for the portions. The drinks were good and server was great. I don’t think I would be going back with my family to this restaurant.

   I say this with no exaggeration maybe the Best Restaurant I have experienced! Everything from the start to finishing was beyond my expectations and simply phenomenal! Order the “Experience” as it is truly outstanding and such a great way to experience this truly one of a kind dining experience!

   AMAZING!!! Not our first time but just as great each time!! An experience that leaves us telling everyone we know this restaurant is MUST try!! This is not a get in and get out restaurant - be sure and have plenty of time and enjoy all the restaurants has to offer … and the food …WOW just WOW!!!!

   Food was exceptional. We ordered the Elegante experience. I really enjoyed the steak. The service was impressive too. They were attentive and polite. I’ll definitely come back
