   Been wanting to come here for ages. Absolutely did not disappoint. Food on point , drinks amazing and atmosphere bang on . Loved it

   El Carlos Elegante was one of the best meals I’ve had in years! By far one of the best restaurants in Dallas. The food was fresh, creative, inspiring and interesting. The service was above and beyond! Our waiter, Luis, asked for our names and he remembered them throughout the meal. He suggested an appropriate amount of food and perfect mix for tasting through the menu. His passion for service and the restaurant overflowed from him. Our party of 4 agreed that we hadn’t had service like that in a very long time. What an INCREDIBLE experience at El Carlos Elegante. I’ll definitely be back!

   Always a favorite dinner place. Perfect for a date night, dinner with friends, or a great meal at the bar. Consistently incredible food and service, time after time.

   We had a wonderful experience at Carlos Elegante, last night. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the service patient and attentive, and the food and drinks were outstanding. As a longtime fan of Duro Hospitality Group, it was a pleasure to have Harry personally stop by and share his excitement about their newest concept. I look forward to visiting Norman’s soon!

   Amazing. Fabulous. Spectacular. The food is as close to Oaxaca as you can without a passport. Sit at the bar. Make friends. Do the experience or order a la carte. Have a cocktail or three. You will go back often and ECE will quickly become of your favs.
