   No me gustó mucho la comida, esperaba algo mejor, los platos no son como antes solía ser, mi pareja y yo pedimos pollo y el tamaño era más pequeño de lo normal.

   Everything was cold. Chips were stale. Margs were decent. Service was very slow and lackluster. Bathroom was so dirty.

   I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and usually have a great experience, but this visit was disappointing due to the service. Our waiter took a while to greet us and seemed distracted throughout the night. He forgot part of our order (yuca fries), took a long time to bring our drinks, and we had to ask someone else for a beer. By the time our drinks arrived, our food had already been served. He also didn’t check in on us at all. Meanwhile, we noticed him socializing and hugging other customers instead of attending to tables. While the food was good and the drinks were fine, the poor service really affected our experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the waiter’s name, but this was the first time I’ve had an issue here. I hope this was just an off night, but it was still disappointing.

   Very limited menu . Not very sanitary charge for chips and salsa small portions of food . 3/10 not what it looks like in videos

   The best patio experience we found while in San Francisco! Food, drinks, service and vibe were all amazing!

   Made a reservation for Valentine’s Day and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great food and drinks

   We sat in the covered patio and it was still freezing, despite the heaters. Half of the tent was zipped open, which let all of the heat out. Ruined the experience.

   The food was tasty, and the views were nice. It was very cold and the small heaters didn’t do much to cut the chill, despite everyone wearing coats etc.
