Muchas moscas, con reservación y tardaron en darnos mesa, se cobran el típ lo que ustedes quieren, no vuelvo a ir.

Our group of five was celebrating a birthday during Sunday brunch. The food and drinks were delicious, especially the omelets made to order. Erika was an outstanding server. She made sure we had an outdoor heater by our table, and lit it herself.

Great brunch experience with great food and service. There are so many options that even our picky group all found things to enjoy. It is a bit hard to feel you are eating your money's worth, but that may just be a me thing.

Great food and service! I think it’s a bit overpriced! For almost $40.00 without a carving station!

Server was way too distracted to serve us. Refills took a long time, chips and salsa took a long time, and food took even longer. As well the hostess gave away our table after we made our reservation. Then she told me my reservation was for outside. Good thing Open Table saves selections made but even when shown what selections I made, she says it was my fault not the hostess but I could eat at the bar with children... As well a homeless guy started walking around the restaurant and the same hostess just looked at him and walked past, not addressing him at all. Stood next to my table not saying a thing in the middle of a walkway for almost 2 minutes. He then sat himself at the bar and began taking off shirts. Saving grace the food runner was extremely nice and had a great table side manner even engaging the kids with some fun. So in the end, I guess had dinner and a show? Food is good, service and customer service atrocious.

The quality wasn’t the same today. It was below par. Not sure what the change was but it was noticeable. Also for the taco stand it seems they were giving smaller meat portions than normal.

Our first time experiencing the Sunday buffet at ElTorito. Service was the biggest disappointment. Waitress sat us but didn’t explain the buffet process or what was included or not included. We had to flag her down to get water, to explain what food was located where, to pick up plates, etc. It was only 11:15 so not terribly busy. We were just always waiting. We didn’t realize we could get mimosas until mid brunch or that there was kid friendly food available. Also, we were on the patio and the tables were stained…they needed tablecloth’s or placemats so you didn’t have your plate directly on the dirty looking and chipped outdoor tables (we sat on the patio). The best part of the waitress’s service came at the end when she brought us our ticket (which we had to flag her down to get) and she pointed out with exuberance the tipping suggestions on the ticket. I must say, the food was delicious, plentiful, and fresh. It’s too bad the service and unkempt patio made the dining experience less than satisfactory and we were always searching for the waitress as we ate off of stained/chipped outdoor furniture.
