   I was really looking forward to dining here given the good reviews. But it was cold throughout my meal. Since it was 44 degrees outside, it shouldn't have been cold inside. Service was good but the food (both apps and entrees) arrived just "warm" rather than "hot". Water was refilled constantly but you had to ask to have the dirty plates taken away. Might have been the worst martini I've ever had. I can't say as I'll never give it another try, but it will be a while. They ARE trying and it is a cute place, but not quite up to par.

   Food and drinks were fantastic as always and the staff was very attentive to out table. It’s always a great experience

   We had a great meal. There were 4 of us and we shared a ton of apps; hummus, babaghanoush, carrots, Brussel sprouts, and calamari. The pita is yum. All delicious!  Then we shared a whole branzino which was so yummy. For dessert we shared the rice pudding and baklava. Excellent service. Lovely ambiance. Highly recommend!

   Wonderful time at Elaine’s. The food was excellent especially the halloumi appetizer. The waiter gave accurate descriptions of the dishes. Wonderful time all around.

   Lovely neighborhood restaurant in North Old Town serving modern Mediterranean dishes. Perfect for date night. Fun cocktail selection, nice mezze and grilled entree selections, some with a nod to the owner’s Egyptian roots. Cozy but modern decor. Noise level was a bit too high for our liking due to a large, loud group seated nearby, and the lack of anything to absorb sound. Service was friendly, even if a little slow due to the volume of full tables on a holiday weekend. Prices seemed a bit high, but would definitely return again for a special occasion.

   Sunday brunch was lovely. Especially recommend the mushroom crepe. Service was properly attentive.

   Wonderful night out to celebrate Valentine’s Day at this beautiful restaurant. The owner and server we lovely and helped us orient the menu. Great cocktails and various mezze that kicked off the night and then lamb shank, two different salmon and one scallop entree to round out the meal.
