We understand that this is a new restaurant, and I’m writing this constructively to help Elba not only survive but thrive. We were seated promptly and received excellent service throughout our brunch. The food, however, could use some improvement. The chicken Milanese had more breading than chicken, the bread on the salmon eggs Benedict was a bit tough, though the dish was still delicious. The steak and eggs were good, but the standout of our experience was the green hummus—it was utterly amazing! Like at many other places, we were expecting bottomless mimosas for brunch, but this was not an offering. The drinks we ordered were good. I’m not a fan of having one price for cash and a higher price for credit cards, though. Overall, we’re willing to give them time to settle in and will definitely try them again. The location and atmosphere were great.

Absolutely amazing food here. We had the Hummus, Octopus, Pistachio pesto pasta, and gnocchi. A great addition to Las Olas

Great food and atmosphere for dinner. Indoor and outdoor bar space also good if you just want a drink!

ELBA just opened two weeks ago but you’d never know it because the service & food was so good!!! We went for brunch & green hummus, octopus carpaccio, & tuna Niçoise salad. Everything was delicious and our server Luna was the sweetest. I’ll definitely be back.

The ribeye steak was about 3/8 of an inch thick. Minimal char marks, minimum flavor and a bit chewy. For $58 plus tax and tip , they have to change that immediately or they will have everyone talking about how bad the signature ribeye steak was. There are a lot of restaurants on las olas that have amazing steaks, unfortunately, this isn’t one of them. I spoke with the manager about it and they said that they have only been open for a couple of weeks and are working out the kinks. If I ever go back I would order the salmon, my wife had it and it was perfect.

The place is beautiful. The setting is amazing. The Howl the Moon bar next-door is an absolute must. It was a blast! The service was helpful and perfect. The food was inedible. We both basically left our food intact as it was served. Just unbelievably bad, unfortunately we really were hopeful. They need to fix this or word will spread and people will only go there for the bar and the ambience. The only possible excuse for the food is that it was a special New Years Eve event for which we paid $200 each. And perhaps given all the activities that evening they did not focus enough attention on the food as we have never eaten there otherwise.

It’s a little confusing as we expected to have a menu that was more Mediterranean. The appetizers were but the rest of the menu was mostly Italian which was disappointing. The food was good but not sure if I’ll go back.

New restaurant clearly trying to work out their kinks. It must’ve been the server’s first time handling the bill. Wait another 6 months before going so they work out their kinks. Ambiance is perfect for drinks at the bar.

The lamb was amazing, the Octopus is a must as well ! Service was good, only issue was that the food runners were unfamiliar with the dishes, otherwise good. We strongly recommend this establishment.
