   Great place for a lovely Sunday lunch. Wonderful food and friendly staff. It's busy which is nice too. Would highly recomend.

   Manager was unsuitably dressed in ‘Wife Beater’ tee shirt which exposed his armpits and tattoos , no socks, flat cap and earrings! He was in the kitchen which is unhygienic and not in keeping with food safety! Meat was served to the centre of the table on wooden platters and it was cold by the time the vegetables etc were delivered to the table. Food was tasty but disappointingly cold! Young serving staff were pleasant. €29 for cold roast beef dinner is excessive. Won’t be going back or recommending it to friends!

   Friendly & helpful service, great food and decent value. We've only visited a couple of times but both times we went away thinking we need to visit more regularly and certainly plan to! The place has a lot of charm and vibrancy, especially on weekends with live music. Already looking forward to our next visit.

   Ate here at 15.15 on Sunday. Restaurant was buzzing which provided a nice atmosphere. Food was great; chowder and goats cheese salads and pork rack and chicken for mains. Staff were up to their usual attentive and polite selves. We enjoyed it immensely and are looking forward to our next visit.

   I had the Eggs Benedict, there was way too much Hollandaise sauce atop it which spoilt the dish. My wife’s french fries were a bit soggy and some were overdone. She was not asked how she would like her steak burger so it came to the table medium rare which was ok but not ideal. Our waitress however was very pleasant though she had her hands full managing all the 6/7 tables, so while the service was good it was quite slow. I had a non alcoholic Prosecco which tasted like a cheap light cider with way too many large bubbles in it, it was pretty bad and certainly not worth the price. The lunch menu here was limited to sandwiches, Eggs Benedict/Royal etc, however their menu was more akin to a brunch menu than a lunch menu. We explored the wonderful wine shop below afterwards which was well worth a visit!

   We are regulars at this point. Food was excellant, starter, mains and desert. Staff were great as always! Highly recommend.

    Excellent from start to finish. The waitress was helpful and attentive, ensuring great service. The food was well-prepared and delicious—I highly recommend it. The bar staff’s wine recommendation was excellent, and the manager was both friendly and professional. Thanks i will definitely be back.
