Elizabeth's Gone Raw es una ocasión que se celebra cada semana, donde cada noche de viernes se ofrece una experiencia culinaria extraordinaria. Elizabeth's is one of the most romantic restaurants in D.C., and our annual Valentine's Day celebration is the perfect way to enjoy the holiday. Elizabeth's elegant atmosphere is the perfect place to celebrate love - whether that be with a partner, friend, or family member. Our tasting menu will include surprises in addition to the standard six courses, as well as a take home gift for each guest.

A vegan's dream-come- true meal. Staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable without ever hovering or being intrusive. Owner came by to thank us for dining with them, bringing some treats to take home. A beautiful home, tastefully decorated. Just an really outstanding experience all around.

Going to Elizabeth’s is a sensory sensation. Experiencing very creative edible delights in beautiful surroundings, with perfect but unpretentious service, is something everyone should enjoy as often as possible. Can’t wait to go back.

A luxurious experience with a delicious and innovative menu. As a vegan, my husband especially appreciated the creativity to bring “seafood” to the fore. The caviar plate delighted us with the combination of pickled shallots, capers,fresh herbs and the surprisingly decadent finger lime crème fraiche. Each dish was beautifully composed and well balanced, highlighting very unique ingredients: chiogga beets, Okinawa sweet potatoes, kinome leaf, tamarillos. Wine pairings were perfect. Hope we come back to DC soon so we can experience the changing menu.

Yesterday evening we celebrated my daughter's 38th birthday at Elizabeth's- and now all of us are ready to go back tonight.The minute you walk in the door of Elizabeth's you feel as if you have been welcomed into a cosy and elegant historical home. We were greeted warmly by Elizabeth and the staff, all of whom are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and culinarily multi-talented. And the dinner experience is similar to being served a new piece of artwork with each course. Would I ever be able to replicate the Klamath Return, a kombu-marinated chioggia beet, caraway crisp and celery root, or the Cleopatra's Ambrosia, with sea buckthorn, pink banana sorbet and kinome leaf, or the Velvet Immortal with the saffron pickled enoki mushroom? Not in my wildest dreams. My family normally inhales their food, but this time conversation was at a minimum as we took time to appreciate each new amazing taste sensation. Our party consisted of one vegan, one vegetarian , and two omnivores, and all of us agreed Elizabeth's is the best restaurant in DC.

The food is incredible, and the service is top notch. I couldn’t have had a better birthday dinner. I even received a birthday card with the day’s menu and a candle for the occasion, which were such nice touches. This restaurant focuses on the details. I had a wonderful time with my family.

True culinary experience- we give Elizabeth’s 5 stars! Every time I come I check out the menu ahead of time and then when I am there I am amazed at the way the chef has pulled together flavors that truly make dining here an experience. We come here for celebrations (birthday, major accomplishments) and usually get the wine pairing with the meal which I highly suggest if really appreciate the way wine and food compliment each other. The service is unmatched anywhere else- something I miss from my experiences in New York and can’t seem to find anywhere else like it is here. Whether you’re on a plant-based / vegan diet or not- this is the restaurant to come for true culinary art. Most of the diners here are not vegan- they come because the food and service is remarkable.
