Elizabeth's Gone Raw es una ocasión que se celebra cada semana, donde cada noche de viernes se ofrece una experiencia culinaria extraordinaria. En el restaurante, se fusiona una ubicación de primera con un menú de degustación crudivegano de precio fijo. Cada tiempo de la comida ha sido creado para evocar la escencia viva de los alimentos, preparados con imaginación y reflexión, siempre seleccionando ingredientes orgánicos de temporada. This was the best restaurant experience of my life. Our young waiter was a total pro; the sommelier enhanced the experience of every drink pairing; and the food was among the most delicious, and fun, and creative I’d ever experienced. You are paying for what you get; but you are getting what you pay for. A flawlessly premium experience. Still floored the next day in memory at the very apparent talent on display last night.

Incredible culinary experience- dining here is truly a treat. The service is on point, the food always impresses me with the flavors they bring together, and if you’re able to add on the wine pairing, it’s a great experience.

We’ve been coming to Elizabeth’s for Valentine’s Day for more than ten years in a row, for good reason. First, it’s romantic, with wonderful ambiance, thoughtful preset menu options, and lovely service. Second, of course it’s delicious, but in a ways that’s at once a surprising culinary treat while also leaving you full but somehow healthier than when you arrived. If you don’t question, “how did they do that” about their vegan dishes at least a couple times throughout the meal, you just weren’t eating mindfully. And lastly, it’s a consistent, local staple that we can count on, down to Elizabeth herself facilitating things and stopping by the table in the most humble and thoughtful of ways. This place should have a Michelin Star.

One of the best vegan dining experiences I’ve ever had. The decoration is beautiful and, if you are lucky, you can get couches as a couple to enjoy dining side by side instead of facing one another. Beautiful bar and bathroom, would recommend to any and all. Super pricey though.

Awesome and creative new menu, special for Valentine’s Day weekend. The service was excellent, friendly and accommodating. We rated the noise level “energetic “ because we happened to be seated next to a table where the people were very loud and noisy until they left. The music selection was light jazz and not overwhelming.
