   As always, I love this place! The food is always so good. I got the gnocchi special, and the gnocchi was great. The sauce was a little thin, and that didn’t really go with the dish it was served with. I added chicken to my dish, and it was perfectly cooked. My server was somewhat quiet and not completely attentive with our table. She didn’t really check back with us often, and I do expect more when I eat here. Typically my service is always excellent!

   12/10 overall experience! One of our favorite places in Wheeling. The service was wonderful, food was amazing, and atmosphere is one of a kind! Truly a gem in this area.

   Food was delicious and the wine selection was excellent. A little disappointed they were out of scallops…..the warm blue cheese dip was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

   I had pantoasted salmon w couscous it was delicious. My husband had the lemon pasta w shrimp which he enjoyed. Started w charcuterie board which was very good and plentiful. It was a great dinner and by far the best we have enjoyed at E & J’s. I highly recommend

   Excellent food and service at his gem in Wheeling. We try to eat here each time we’re in the city and are never disappointed.

   Great food; excellent service. One of the best places to dine in Wheeling. It can get noisy when several large tables are occupied simultaneously.
