Ēma is a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants located at 1320 Patriot Blvd. The menu, crafted by Chef Partner CJ Jacobson features spreads, dips and assorted mezze, Mediterranean small plates, with an emphasis on Hummus & Spreads, Raw, Vegetables and Kebabs. Signature dishes include Moroccan Onion Dip, Spinach & Feta Spread, Tahini Caesar Salad, Octopus Carpaccio and Spicy Brisket Kefta Kebab.

The beverage program showcases cocktails with flavors crafted from Mediterranean ingredients like chinola, fig, fresno chile and coriander. The wine program, curated by Sommelier John C. Slatter, features a globally sourced list of over 70 selections with a strong focus on wineries practicing organic and natural production across the Mediterranean, including ancient grape varieties from Greece, Lebanon and Italy.

Wonderful, modern, comfortable atmosphere. Great service. Lovely selection of tasty cocktails. Hummus' and spreads were delicious, but portions were too small for one person, let alone to share. It was uncomfortable. Definitely try tahini caesar salad. It'a a gem. I had high expectations for vegetable dishes like charred green beans or brussel sprouts, but they came short. Kebabs and main dishes need a lot of work. Please fix them. The best main dish we ordered was the braised short rib, which is not exactly a typical Middle Eastern or Mediterranean dish. Sorry to say that the grilled chicken, brisket kefta, chicken kefta, Moroccan chicken all were disappointing, dry, and flavorless... And finally, desserts: We tried the honey cake, sticky date cake and chocolate torte. We were very satisfied with all of them; definitely recommend all.

Received uncooked salmon very raw, while we ordered two grilled salmon dish one cooked, one raw without providing any specifications of how we want our food done. Rice was very oily, Felt really scared eating the rice you could see half of the dish filled with oil. We had to look for our server several times or ask others to find her when we needed something. Second time and I think will be last time.

We had a wonderful time at Ema for dinner with very few complaints. The food was great, and our server was very attentive and courteous. Everything that we ordered was delicious, but the items were a bit pricey for being quite simple ($17 for sweet corn hummus, $20 for a chicken kebab with rice). The drinks were quite inventive and we ended up ordering more in drinks than food. The kitchen is “free-flowing” meaning items come out whenever they’re done, so be prepared to pace your ordering if you don’t want all of your food to come out haphazardly.

Ema is outstanding! We had 6 women for a special birthday. Our server was smart , informative for first timers, attentive, and so nice. The food was so good. We shared everything. Hummus. Spreads. Veggies. All were excellent. Can’t wait to come back. The restaurant itself is so beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Reserve early!!

We visited Ema's for my wife’s birthday as a surprise—she had no idea where we were going! My son joined us for the celebration, and from the moment we pulled up, my wife was thrilled to try this new spot. Upon entering, we were immediately welcomed and seated. Our waitress was exceptional, offering thoughtful recommendations from the menu. When the dishes arrived, they were beautifully presented, and the moment we took our first bite, we were blown away by the incredible flavors. The food was truly outstanding. I highly recommend Ema’s to anyone craving delicious Mediterranean cuisine—it's definitely worth a visit!
