Born from a passion for authentic, honest cuisine, Embankment Kitchen embarked on a journey to really feed people. Rooted in the warm spirit of Northern hospitality, this is a neighbourhood kitchen where you can eat, drink, unwind, and truly feel at home. We believe in the power of good, solid, recognisable dishes and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Each dish is crafted with precision and a touch of refined elegance and always prepared from scratch, in-house. If it isn’t already obvious, we love what do, and we work hard to curate a menu of classics that have the power to make you want to order everything. Our laid-back space invited diners to share moments and create memories over plates of food designed to hit the spot, and celebrate the extraordinary found in the ordinary, one plate at a time.

Asked to leave table within 5mins at breakfast time towards the end of our food but we still had coffee and tea to drink. We had only been sitring about 40mins and were on time for out booking.

Booked to dine here before a concert at the AO as it is only a 5mins walk away. Food, drinks and cocktails were all fantastic. Thank you, We will be back!

Bad starters on valnetines, but happy with main and dessert. Algint service and ambience. Not sure if I would go again.

The food here was delicious and so tasty, we got the fish cakes which were amazing and I had the cod and my partner had the chicken which were both great and the dessert of lemon meringue and biscuit cheesecake was the perfect finish to the meal. The staff were lovely, very clean facilities and the ambiance was stunning with live music throughout the whole venue. We will definitely be back!

It was overall a pleasant time, the only feedback I could give was we had the valentines chateaubriad, it comes with 1 bowl of chips for 2 people, the mushrooms were a bit too mushy and the spinach gratin was a bit bland! The steak was lovely and tender and the peppercorn sauce was delightful. Staff were attentive and did a check back which is always a good thing.

Ordered the eggs florentine. Hollandaise sauce was just awful. Poached eggs were a bit cold. Stayed in the hotel and my floor stunk of weed 😖😖. Staff were nice and the place is well located if you enjoying a night out in Manchester

Lovely food and friendly helpful staff. Wide choice of drinks. The perfect place to eat before going into the AO Arena to see a show.
