Ember is a destination dining experience with the highest quality of steaks and seafood prepared over wood-fired grills. The menu is complemented by a specialty cocktail menu, whiskey library and an extensive wine lists accompanied with highest level of service from our Sommelier and Service Team.

The energetic dining space overlooks the scratch kitchen with views of our culinary team. A separate piano lounge with live entertainment adds to the dynamic vibe. Seasonal outdoor dining by the fireplace is also available.

Please note we do have a dress code at Ember.

We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jersey's, baseball style hats, beanie's, bandana's, oversized or baggy clothing, flip flops, open toed shoes for men, tank tops and sleeveless shirts are prohibited.

La comida estuvo espectacular, deliciosa. Un sabor exquisito! La atención del mesero Franchie fue excelente, muy amable, respetuoso y carismático. Simplemente nos encanto todo. Felicidades al Chef también por un menú de San Valentín lleno de pasión y de sabores que nos encantaron!

Food preparation, quality, and presentation were superb. The service was outstanding and consistent with what I have learned to expect at Embers. Embers remains one of the hidden gems in the Valley and our personal favorite restaurant.

Everyone from the hostess, Manager and wait staff were fantastic and treated us like family. The food was delicious as well as desserts. The bison was incredible. Highly recommend!

To have a truly amazing experience in a steakhouse, the food must be exceptional and the service needs to be impeccable. That was our experience on a Friday night at Ember. Living in The Valley for over 20 years, we have visited the majority of well-known restaurants of this caliber. The “PLUS” in our A-PLUS experience was our server, SheriAnne. Based on her recommendation, we got the filet mignon and the bison tenderloin. The bison was by far the best cut of meat that I ever had. From start to finish, it was an extremely enjoyable experience. Plus, you MUST get the Flambeau Tiramisu (it was incredible and a sight to see SheriAnne present it table-side). SheriAnne- we will see you again!

We have eaten at Ember many times but our experience last night was by far our best. The food is always good and cooked to perfection. Both our filet and NY strip were amazing! I think what made our experience so special was the service we received. The hostess, Laurel, asked our seating preference (table or booth). We chose the booth. Our waiter, Frenchie, was incredibly friendly and informative. We never felt rushed. The sommelier, Dennis, helped us choose a spectacular bottle of cab. We are looking forward to another amazing evening at Ember!

The filet was the best we have ever had in the Valley. Amber was a great server and Dennis's wine recommendation was spot on. Great Place!!! Can't wait to go back.
