Embers is the newest addition to the Turks and Caicos restaurant scene, bringing a fresh, new approach to dining in Grace Bay. Our menu is unique and modern, combining Asian influence and Mediterranean flair with local ingredients and flavours. And, of course, we’ve got a fantastic selection of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, and boutique wines to complement your meal.

Discover umami-rich plates, pasture-raised proteins, smoke-infused vegetable preparations and innovative desserts. Owner and Executive Chef James Van Dyke, with his extensive culinary background in the United States, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos, combines his passion and expertise, bringing Embers to life.

Great restaurant in Grace Bay, food was very tasty. I had the grilled lobster thai red curry. Very tasty. Great atmosphere, a bit pricey but worth every dollar

The restaurant is stylish and was buzzing. Yari our server was exceptional! Food and drinks came out timely. The drink menu is unique and were amazing . The dinner menu options were equally unique and everything was delicious! Edwin manages the restaurant perfectly! We’re excited to dine at Embers again. Thank you

My husband and I were more interested in have some of the starters. We asked them to start with a couple, and then bring out the others as our “mains”. We ordered the basmati fried rice as a side. Everything came out as ordered and they paced the food well. The food was delicious! The only suggestion that I have would be to have less servers waiting on us. I think 3 of them came over to us to either ask about drinks or what we wanted to eat. It was redundant and not efficient. Will be back when we visit T And C again

Great evening! Cocktails are perfectly made. Had the beet salad which was obviously made with locally grown kale due to how fresh it was. Entrees and side were outstanding. Truffle fries and mac n cheese alone worth a trip. And making all of that an amazing experience was the staff, specially Yarlelas outstanding attention to service. She was personable, gave us great recommendations and was attentive. We were fortunate to be there on a Tuesday evening which provided us with live music as well which was a nice touch to round out the evening.

Very good food..Our 2 appetizers were creative and very good My yellowfin tuna dinner was perfectly cooked and delicious Our waitress Chaz was professional, attentive and well informed about menu items. We will look forward to dining there again and will recommend it to friends & family on island.

We had the most incredible meal at Embers. The menu was unique, the food and cocktails were delicious, and our server Alexandra took such good care of us. Be sure to make a reservation in advance- there’s good reason everyone is flocking to this restaurant

One of the best restaurants in TCI! We try and eat here each time we visit. Recommend the yellowfin tuna tartare, beetroot salad, lobster curry dish, pork chops. Great casual fun vibe with the most welcoming warm service from Edwin and Yariela. We will be back!

Lovely appetizers - especially the bau buns! The wood grilling shines through every dish. Even the drawn butter for the grilled lobster has a wonderful tinge of smoky flavor. Except for not being on the beach, this place is PERFECT.👌
