Emery is a polished-casual restaurant located in the charming Mariemont neighborhood. The seasonal menu features American cuisine. We're passionate about seafood but there is something for everyone, including some delicious gluten-free and vegetarian items. Everything is made from scratch and expertly prepared by our chef team. From the casual yet sophisticated first floor and outdoor patio to the upper-level dining room imbued with an easy elegance, Emery beckons you to sit down, relax, and enjoy. Our cocktail lounge can accommodate group sizes of up to 16 people and is great for a happy hour party, wine tasting, or a girl’s night out. The second-floor dining room has space for 10-30 people for an evening event and we can accommodate up to 50 people for luncheons.

All four of us thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we selected. It was a perfect place to have dinner before celebrating the new year! Our server was excellent, as well.

OUR TABLE WAS UNACCEPTABLE! We had reservations for a party of 4 on New Years Eve at 4:30 pm. Imagine our dismay when we were seated in the bar area, all 4 of us lined up in a row with 2 TINY bar tables in front of us! We couldn’t talk to each other. The tables were so small we had to lean over in order to keep from spilling all our food in our lap. These tables should not have been booked for 4 people without an explanation of the table situation. Food and service was good but the experience was disappointing, and frankly unacceptable for a $200 meal for 2 people.

We were so disappointed in the food. We got the whipped feta appetizer. It must have been prepared for another customer it came out immediately but toast points were cold and whipped feta very salty. The filet as well as the pasta were bland. We had been before and loved it. This time not so much. The service though was very good.

Food was wonderful. Elissa was very attentive in serving us. My seafood was delicious. Always a great restaurant!

The beet salad was delicious and enough to share. The green salad also looked nice and fresh. The Walleye was very good but both mine and my husbands were just lukewarm. The lobster pot pie got good, but not great, reviews from our guests (and it should have been great for the price). The twin filets were very good and done perfectly medium rare. The most disappointing thing about the experience was that the salads and entrees all came out together - the exact same time. The waitress said that sometimes happens when the kitchen gets backed up? It should never happen. And we got there at 5:15pm (my dad is 93 so we eat early!) so nothing should have been backed up. We did request sitting upstairs which was a great choice for older people - pretty quiet. Net, a good enough experience that I would go back.

I have celiac disease and nearly everything on the menu can be made gluten free. The manager came out and spoke to me to let me know that I would be taken care of. I had an amazing cocktail, salad, entree and donuts for dessert! I highly recommend Emery and will be back.

I love when I can go to dinner and know the night will be enjoyable. From the time you are greeted, until you receive the check - the entire experience is always wonderful. Great service, fantastic food - Emery never dissapoints.
