We’re happy to be bringing our steakhouse to your doorstep with your local dry-aged Hereford beef, and our Seafood bisque at our new family-run restaurant in Old Market Herford at EN Steak, we take great pride in sourcing only the highest quality meat from award-winning farms right here in Herefordshire. Using a combination of charcoal and cherry wood, we add a touch of unique smokiness to our dishes that sets us apart from the rest.     Over priced and over hyped. Waiting staff were haphazard with 04 asking 'do you have allergies' in a very period of time. When this was pointed out, I got a lecture! Service slow - took 30mins to get a drink, and 90 to get the food. Noise level very loud due to number dining. Table size - too small for food ordered and plates provided. No water provided - I did ask Wine over expensive - just placed on the table, not opened or offered. Waiting staff didn't really a clue Food - okay, but over priced for the location - paid less in London in a better class restaurant Left after paying, with no 'thank you for your customer etc'. Do not recommend this so called dining experience

    En steak was lovely place and great service The steak was amazing, but quite expensive Nice for a special occasion like my sons birthday. Definitely recommend it.

    Staff very friendly, service a bit hit and miss. Seemed a bit disorganised with different people coming to our table asking things different servers had already asked, or forgetting drinks orders, cutlery etc and twice we had to ask for our drinks which had been made but then had sat ignored at the bar for over 5 mins. Food absolutely delicious and excellent menu with loads of choice and same for the drinks menu - lots of delicious cocktails. Ambience and the restaurant decor/layout feels more casual dining (pretty much exact layout as Zizzis which it was before which is maybe why I think that) but the price reflects a much posher restaurant - was very shocked at the price to be entirely honest. £162 for just two of us - £108 of that purely on steak. I wouldn't not eat there again in the future, but I think I expected it to feel a bit more exclusive for those prices - but the quality of food was great, very delicious and the staff were all very friendly.

    We shared a Tomahawk steak which was lovely, it came with chips, tomatoes on the vine and salad.The cocktails were lush . The only gripe I have is service charge but it doesn’t detract from a really good meal.

    The first time we have been to this new restaurant in Hereford. Service was great, food was high quality and very tasty and it was a busy lively service.

    THE BEST STEAK IVE EVER HAD!!!! I had the chateauxbriand steak and my partner had the T-bone steak the meat just melted and the Mac and cheese side was to die for aswell the atmosphere was lovely chilled vibes and the staff were second to none!!!! Can’t wait to return. Thank you all amazing job!!!

    An outstanding experience from the service, to music choice, to food, to cocktails. You know they care and put their all into the restaurant and it truly shows. Easily the best steakhouse in the West Midlands. I’m already planning my next trip. Thank you so much for an exceptional evening.
