Ambance was nice we waited 40 min for food which wasn’t a problem because usually it goes quick talking over drinks… the problem was we waited 30 min just for our drinks. It wasn’t really crowded maybe 4 tables and probably 4 people at the bar so idk why we waited so long. The food was MID not anything to brag about. My salmon wasn’t done in the middle…. My friend said the lamb chops were nasty… I’m all for black owned businesses but I will probably only come here again to sit at the bar and order drinks. Our bill was $195 for two drinks two meals and an order of fried rice. We both enjoyed our drink which made up for the 30 min we had to wait on it.

Husband and I dined here for date night. It’s a new restaurant so they are still working some staffing/service kinks out. We really enjoyed the shareables and it was a cool vibe. Hope they exists their entree selection and wine bottle list. Love supporting black owned businesses. Would love to come back for happy hour soon.

Everything we tried was really great. We ordered the bao buns, wings, spicy edamame, mushrooms, and 2 drinks. We are definitely returning. The service was also great.

Enomah review This was our first visit to Enomah based on an OpenTable recommendation. Your enter off Centre Street and the room is below ground floor in an historic building. The space has been beautifully restored and the original tile floor and stairs have been brought back to life. Blue velvet curtains frame the windows letting in light from the street above. There is a bar with a dozen seats and tables for two and four in the spacious main dining room with views of the kitchen and the bar. There are 6 or 7 beautiful glass chandeliers adding soft light and an elegant touch to the overall ambience. The room is simultaneously sophisticated, warm and inviting. The table service is young, friendly, enthusiastic and professional. Monti, our principle server and Russell were great. The menu is diverse with a wide variety of choices for every palate and appetite. The Bao buns(shrimp and short rib) were excellent as were the Waygu sliders and rosemary truffle fries. The spicy tuna tartare, Hurricane shrimp and Sushi rolls were also very good! The butter cake was decadent. They have a nice cocktail menu but a limited workable wine list. Enomah is a raising star in the galaxy of destination dining in Detroit and worth the trip. For the occasional Detroiter take note: parking can be challenging and expensive. This is a perfect place for a special night out for foodies or just folks wanting to have fun.

Such an experience! Decorated so thoughtfully. We loved the flow of the space and to come across an upscale place with space enough for larger parties. Front of house staff were knowledgeable and engaging. The menu chef’s kiss! Pairings were a tastebud moment of joy! Wishing much success to this business!
