   I’ve been living in Miami for the past 11 years, in this is one of the best meals I had in this time. The quality of the ingredients, the creativity of the dishes, and the flavors; yet so simple but so perfect. My top recommendation in Miami.

   Food had my FFP rating: fabulous, fantastic, phenomenal! We tried everything on the menu and each and every single dish was perfect, flavorful , presentation amazing, and the chefs are both attentive and friendly, same as their team. Wonderful and unexpected experience! Unexpected only because the place is very simple and not what you expect when the word Michelin accompanies the menu…..but they definitely did not disappoint! Fabulous selection of ingredientes all masterfully prepared!! We are ready for your next place, and hope you keep your authenticity and warmth…we know food will be great!

   The food is absolutely amazing- inventive and tasty and all sustainably sourced in Florida. The Key West shrimp dish was incredible. And our server was so friendly and lovely- the one tiny issue was it took a little bit of time to get our check at the end. All around excellent and so excited to return.

   The menu is original and the combination of flavors with the local ingredients makes for a very special experience! Phenomenal staff who are friendly and the passion that they have for their product and service exudes from the time that you walk in the door until the time you make the hard decision to actually leave. I feel this team is going to shake things up in the Miami food scene even more than they have to date!

   A very well earned Michelin star for this pop-up restaurant! This was our first time at EntreNos and we truly loved it. The service was excellent as was the food. They are sharing the space with the coffee house Tinta y Cafe so the ambiance is unique in this way. I'm sure they could do it better if they had their own space, hopefully soon. They do get around this quite well, however, as the execution was impressive. Honestly, each dish we tried was fantastic (we tried five different items from the menu). The only drawbacks for us were 1. We asked for chef's counter seating and wound up being placed at the end of the counter directly opposite from a bunch of silverware despite there being empty seats in the center. Not exactly what I had in mind. 2. They are closing at the end of June. BUMMER as I would definitely like to visit again. Hopefully they find their own location.

   Entrenos was one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in Miami. Every dish felt deeply intentional, thoughtful in its flavors, beautifully plated, and rooted in a genuine love for food and place. The service was warm, present, and unpretentious, which only added to the feeling that this meal was something special. I’m heartbroken the pop up is coming to an end but holding onto hope that it’s only the beginning. A brick and mortar space feels inevitable. This kind of cooking deserves a permanent home.

    The entire team at EntreNos went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our night with them. Every dish was better than the last and we cannot pick a favorite. We will be back and can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
