We have been to Eric's for the past 5 years for Christmas, so we like it there. This year, due to my husband's illness, we were late. We had a 245p appointment, and we got there at 305p. I understand and I get it. Mr Echeverria was upset that we were late - and I understand. My husband is on chemo and sometimes he gets nausea spells. I realize we should have called, but I was just concerned with getting there. Mr. Echeverria really scolded us at the door when we came in, announced ourselves, and said "merry Christmas". He scolded us within ears reach of other customers which were eating. I do understand that he was concerned with having a no show table, but we showed up. In my opinion, he could have gotten his point across in a lower voice without sounding like he was giving a lecture. Like I said, no argument - he was right but the manner which he delivered the message to us could have been nicer.

Great experience for Christmas Day with my mom. The decor for the holidays at Eric’s is very warm and cozy. I loved their drink selection. They always deliver a great experience on the holidays and have a menu with a wide selection.

We were greeted and seated immediately. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly.

Would try again on a non-holiday. Took awhile to be seated because they lost the iPad seating chart. The bar was chaotic and took a long time to get drinks (got our first round after apps arrived) but when we did, they were delicious. Food was very good (the lasagna was amazing!!) and server Emily was the best! So sweet and attentive on a very busy night. The busboys got rid of dirty dishes quickly. Cutely decorated for the holidays. Will try again.

Always a pleasant experience, the staff is so nice and welcoming. We were there this Christmas Eve it was very busy and service was pretty slow but we enjoyed our experience non the less. The drinks were a little weak but food was delicious. Our table ordered the octopus and shrimp, mesclun salad , butternut bisque and lobster ravioli as first courses and everything was delicious. The lamb shank was perfectly cooked mushroom sauce needed a little something more. The lasagna was delicious, the lobster tail was good but little too chewy the risotto it was paired with was delicious. We keep Eric’s on our rotation so definitely will be back

We had Christmas Eve dinner here & the decor was festive, food delicious & Santiago, our server, was excellent.

It was our first time dining here and definitely won’t be the last! Everything from the service to the food was phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We came here for a Thanksgiving lunch as a party of 10. From the beginning we were treated with excellent customer service. We spoke with Frank, the owner, on several occasions as he checked on how we were doing. The chef personally came out to discuss an allergy we had at our table. Our waiter, Santiago, was very attentive throughout our meal. Tjey offers a special Thanksgiving menu and a modified a la carte menu. The food was excellent, and served in a timely manner. After this experience we will definitely return to sample their full menu.
