Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill honours the Brazilian Gaúcho’s traditional method of cooking. This involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames.
This method of cooking also means that all the meat served to you fresh at your table, straight from the grill. You can eat as much or as little as you like, and we have a large selection of meats on offer, so you can stick to what you know or try something a little bit different!
As well as our main menus, we also have a selection of Vegetarian, Halal and Fish dishes on offer.
We are exceptionally proud of the fact that all of our food is locally sourced from the finest local suppliers, and we only use the highest quality ingredients,

In for lunch, salad superb and meats coming round very quickly you didn't have to wait at all. Only drawback on food was that the chicken appeared slightly undercooked. Waiting staff very attentive and music at a nice level. Major gripe was the service charge on the bill that I did not notice until afterwards. I appreciate this is becoming more regular but it is a pet hate if mine, if I like my experience I will tip accordingly please do not force it on us.

overall food and service was lovely however the service was sometimes slow as there was a few occasions we had to wait 30mins for 2 drinks

Food was incredible, all staff very friendly. The waiter at the front door who greeted us just topped off the experience. 10/10 would come back.

Service was terrible, waited to get drinks, the meat was re-heated of time. And the staff had an argument close to us that we couldn’t enjoy our conversation!

We had a lovely meal and there were 10 of us, the only fault I would have and not too important but I did feel that on this occasion the different skewers were coming around rather too fast as I felt I wanted time to enjoy each individual item before having 3 at the same time. This is a small issue from an amazing meal

Had a really lovely time, staff friendly and attentive, restaurant is really nice, we went at 1230 as I struggle with anxiety so it was quieter but still nice, the food was so good, plenty to choose from salad wise which can usually be just basics, but lots to choose from and the meat that we had was all spot on!! Def recommend and def be going back.

Been to estabulo Aberdeen 4 times and not once have I been disappointed. First time on Saturday trying the dinner menu and all 14 meats were spectacular, especially the chilli beef. The service was excellent, all waiters that came to our table had banter with us and were very generous. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to go on a date, go out with friends, or just looking for some vibes and better meat.
