   Nos encantó ir a comer ahí y como íbamos a estar pocos días en Las Vegas, fuimos dos días seguidos.

   Íbamos con buenas expectativas, El pan estaba muy bueno. La pizza también, pero la pasta que estábamos deseando nos defraudó un poco. Apenas llevaba guanciale, que es lo que potenciaba el sabor. Por lo que se quedó como una pasta normal con un poco de salsa. La comida tardó mucho en llegar, al menos 30 min. Es una pena porque esperábamos mucho más.

   Fuimos 3 amigos buscando una alternativa diferente en las Vegas, puedo decir que es por el momento, el mejor restaurante que hemos visitado en esta ciudad. Y eso ya es decir mucho, relación calidad va precio muy buena. Se convertirá en un imperdible de cada visita!

   We were a bit disappointed our first experience here. Service was very uneven. Started off great - server explained she’d be taking care of us for the evening, explained the menu thoroughly, and took out drink orders. Then she disappeared for 45 minutes and another server came over and asked to take our order. She returns after 45 minutes - maybe she was on a break? It just felt disjointed and second server wasn’t very attentive. Food was just ok. Sourdough was awesome, but Crab pasta way too lemony - I couldn’t taste the crab or any fennel or anything else that was supposed to be a part of the dish. Lasagna was great. Cacio E Pepe was served lukewarm and kind of gummy. It also took almost an hour to get her entrees because they were so busy. No communication about the delay from the staff. Don’t think we’ll be rushing back.

   The reservation wait says a lot and the food backs it up. Was hoping to get a dinner reservation a week out but had to settle for lunch, honestly not a problem. If you like sour dough I highly recommend getting the bread and spreads for an app just be sure to save some room for main course. Pasta dish was incredible as expected my only complaint of this place is that I don’t think I’ll be able to eat regular cheesecake without being disappointed after having the Basque Cheesecake from here. Overall very nice experience, our waitress was great very personable and helped with any question and showed up at the right time every time even on a busy Saturday. Thank you to all staff for the incredible experience.

   Friendly knowledgeable service, outstanding food. Any of the pasta dishes are a safe bet and the cauliflower is a favorite! The butterscotch bundino was SO tasty!
