Ettore Vino e Cucina is the first restaurant and wine tasting room from Ettore Winery, a boutique organic estate and winery in Mendocino, CA, spearheaded by Italian-born winemaker Ettore Biraghi and Sofia Rivier.

In collaboration with Los Angeles' beloved Italian restaurant, Osteria Mamma, Ettore Vino e Cucina brought on Chef Mònica Angelats Coll, a culinary expert with a unique background blending aerospace engineering and fine dining, to lead the kitchen.

The menu is inspired by the team’s Italian heritage and will feature signature dishes like Ettore Tagliatelle Ai Funghi, a red wine pasta with mushrooms, kale, pecorino and hazelnuts and Stinco Di Agnello Con Patatine Al Parmigiano, braised lamb shank, fingerling potatoes and parmigiano reggiano. The restaurant showcases a beautifully-curated design of charming vintage pieces that have a story to tell, creating a one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere.

The restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm, walk-ins are welcome.

Outstanding experience overall. Unbelievably kind and pleasant staff, especially considering this is Los Angeles. Wine was stellar and every food dish better than the one before. Already planning to go back. Next time bringing my dog…yeah, dog-friendly too…Perfection.

Wonderful spot for casual dining. Food was outstanding and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Ettore.

We were promptly seated and asked if we would like any wine. We were able to taste a few of w wines which is VERY nice! We asked what the fish of the evening was, and were there any other specials or items not on the menu? We were told the fish special and the cost. I said I wanted to start with “this dish” and would have this pasta For the main course. My husband orders a d”dish to start and said he would Like the chicken for the main course. The waitress look at him & said “we are out of the chicken”. It is 6:00 on a Sunday. With no other poultry on the menu and NOT being told when we arrived (or before ordering) that is WRONG! Honesty is the “key” to return customers:(

Ettore is the cutest spot located in the farmers market! The outdoor patio is the classy and elegant. Wine from Ettore winery is top notch and Italian food is tasty and highly curated. Carpaccio is a must try.

What a breeze of fresh air !!! A new Italian spot in town with affordable prices and chic ambiance . It was a group of 5 of us , casual Saturday dinner and the pace was packed. I highly suggest making a reservation. We were seated indoor in the big communal table. I ordered the beef carpaccio, followed by the gnocchi alla sorrentina and the figs dessert Prices are reasonable both for food and wine. They produce their own organic wines in Mendocino county. Filippo from Osteria Mamma is the perfect host for this new venue .

Incredible food! We ordered multiple things off the menu. The Lasagna was so good that we ordered a second one for the table. We will definitely go back. Great service! They made us feel at home.
