First time at Evolution and it was great! They did a beautiful job with the redecorating! We ate at the bar and the bartenders were incredible! We shared a salad and their Filet. It took a long time for our salad, so long that the bartender apologized for the wait. The salad and sherry vinaigrette were fantastic. The filet came with crispy kale and six hour mashed potatoes. When we ordered, we asked if we could substitute roasted beets instead of the crispy kale. When our meal came, we had the filet and the roasted beets and no mashed potatoes. I asked the bartender if we could get our mashed potatoes and she apologized however, it took a good 4 to 5 minutes to get them and she said the chef apologized, but it was intentional that he left the potatoes off because of the switch from kale to beets. I understand this maybe what he learned in culinary school however when you are paying $49 for a meal, you want what it comes with. I am so glad we got the potatoes because they were amazing! We will definitely go back but if you change anything on the menu, just make sure you’re getting everything that you wanted.

It’s an amazing restaurant with really good and high quality food. The “cauliflower 3 ways” were phenomenal. The staff care about their clients and the drinks are great.

What an AMAZING dinner at Evolution! You’ve got to try the cauliflower 3 ways. We had that and the cod dip to start with house made focaccia, both were delicious. We also go the massive and tender beef rib (you could totally share) that came with the creamiest polenta. Also tried the branzino and it was so light and I could drink the sauce it comes in. We were guided by the sommelier to choose a nice Pinot noir. Our server Josh was impeccable, it’s a next level dining experience.

A real culinary experience in Manchester. The Staff was attentive , the cocktails well made, and the atmosphere luxuriant.

It was just okay. The salmon crudo app was very good. My husband has the chicken sandwich, which he said was good, but for $17 should come with fries or chips or something. I had the branzino, which was okay, but the sauce on it was way too rich (almost tasted cheesy) and, again, at $36 should have come with some type of side. Drinks were very good and service was great. We may be back, but for just drinks and apps next time.

Lovely restaurant. Food had a lot of flavor. Had a wide variety of speciality drinks. Staff members were very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Checked out this new restaurant in downtown Manchester and it did not disappoint. Higher price point, but the service was top notch and the food was very good. The cauliflower 3 ways was absolutely delicious. I got a caesar salad with pan seared salmon, which was tasty, and my friend got a chicken sandwich, which he said was good. It didn't come with fries or a salad, but the manager mentioned that they will likely be tweaking that in the future. The people next to us got the filet and the salmon and it looked delicious. Evolution has a nice, upscale ambiance and a good energetic vibe by the bar. I'll definitely go back.

What a great experience. The food was excellent. The staff is always great and knows their craft. The new look is great. Can't wait to see the other steps for the full opening and all the unique things this place had to offer.

Everything was excellent!! Atmosphere is drastically changed- it’s beautiful! Warm tones… food - absolutely delicious!!! Music choice could have been a bit better- didn’t match with the feel If the restaurant!! Other than that- SPOT ON!
