We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Brunch at Southall. The food was excellent, and there was great variety on the menu. The service was outstanding, and our table had a wonderful view of the lake. This was our first time visiting Southall, and we will definitely be back. While the price point was expensive, we would highly recommend for a special occasion!

We made a reservation for the Labor Day brunch - 3 employee’s knew nothing about it. Person at the entrance did not give directions to venue Brunch was held away from main building. Food was cold not even warm. Food was also dried out as if prepared a long time before. Our server was pleasant but not trained at all. It seemed as if he had no idea about the brunch, drinks etc also did not know etiquette with cutlery and placed dirty cutlery on the wooden table and not on a plate. Added he should have brought us fresh cutlery. Variety was disappointing. Rice crispy squares as part of the dessert buffet????? Buffet with 3 small desserts??? Southall is a beautiful place but in desperate need of proper and solid training. Quality control is seriously lacking!!

Simply the best! If one is looking for a beautiful place with a very nice architecture and amazing gardens, this is the place. We loved the brunch on Sunday at the Orchard event center.

Brunch with activities! Wonderful music as well! Downside is they include a 25% gratuity even for a party of 2. Also, by 12:45 the bouquet making station was empty so I didn't get to bring home fresh wildflowers.

We had a brunch/buffet $85 per person. The food was good but maybe not good for this price. The server never checked on us but 23% service tip was included at the end. I don’t think we’ll come back.

The location and venue were incredibly beautiful, and the food ,music and service were spectacular. (The duo who sang at the venue were amazing!). They also had activities like “make a mason jar bouquet” with home-grown Southall flowers, cookie decorating, and river rock painting in which couples, families and friends could participate to make the experience truly memorable.
