Each igloo is fully equipped with heaters, lavish décor, and a Bluetooth speaker, giving you the freedom to create your own seasonal soundtrack. $25 rental fee will be charged at the time of the reservation and is fully refundable with in 48 hours of the reservation time. Igloos seat 2-6 people with a time limit of 2 hours. 24% auto gratuity on Food & Beverage will be added for your convenience. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time due to weather, in which case your rental fee will be deferred to a date of your choosing. No smoking or vaping in igloos or on patio.

I was unable to get anyone on the phone after calling several times. The hotel desk gave incorrect information. The brunch/lunch menu was very limited. Service was horrible. I noticed others who left or had to get orders to go because of the length of time it took for food delivery. After food was served, no one checked on us until we were done and needed the check. Don’t trust the other glowing reviews. I did and regret choosing this restaurant.

It was surprising to see this restaurant is actually inside the Marriott Hotel. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was lively with such a nice vibe. The shrimp and grits were divine! The service was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend asking for Ana. She truly made the evening a memorable experience

It’s too bad that for the kitchen staff work so hard to make decent food because the front of house staff are absolutely terrible! One of the worst hostesses and managers of all time! Rude, unprofessional, unaccomodating and just unskilled in the role and responsibilities required to manage a busy hotel restaurant.

Didn’t realize they would close breakfast at 10 am but still accepts reservations until 9:30. Talk about rushing!

Restaurant was severely understaffed. Both servers and cooks. Waited for an hour after we were seated to get our food. Felt badly for the servers who were there… they were apologetic about the situation and delays.

The ambiance of the igloo was amazing. The heat was perfect and the Bluetooth speaker allowed us to make it our own vibe. The food was also great and I highly recommend the espresso martini.

Fall Line is a wonderful find in Downtown Richmond. Thought full menu , prepared with love. Everything we have had has been expertly prepared. The wait staff are friendly and well versed about the Restaurants services.

It was a pretty laidback spot. I should’ve just done more research on it. They had a set lunch menu, wasn’t much food to choose from. Prices weren’t bad but the food wasn’t good enough for the prices to be that pricey. Got a cheeseburger meal & it was 20$ it was a decent sized burger and fries were pretty good but yeah not worth the price . drinks were pretty good . loved the alcohol definitely lol

The service was great, however the food wasn’t worth the money they charge, I ordered the Roasted Organic Chicken, and my girlfriend ordered the Salmon, the chicken was very bland, the only thing that had any flavor on it was the skin, the mashed potatoes were really good though, the chicken could’ve tasted a lot better. My girlfriend said the salmon was cooked medium and she was okay with the taste but it couldn’t been better. The scenery and music were very pleasant and the server checked on us in an appropriate amount of time.
