Our authentic BBQ starts in a live-wood smoker stoked with genuine hickory logs. Our pitmasters hand-rub the meats with a custom blend of spices and cook for hours to extract the natural flavors. We source the highest quality meats and trim them up like we’re in a competition and hand-rub them with the freshest seasonings available to create mouthwatering experiences! In addition to our BBQ and grilled meats, our menu features a selection of salads, sandwiches, side items, and made-from-scratch desserts.

Made reservation on Open Table and arrived at Famius Dave’s only to learn they had NO RECORD of our reservation even with my confirmation number. The Mgr did handle this well! He sat us in about 10 minutes so that was acceptable. The server not reallly too sharp, but maybe just an off day for her. The place was very warm for only a 78 degree day outside. Portions of the sides ( beans, coleslaw ) pretty small . Food was good tasting otherwise 😊

I was the 2nd table sat in our area. They were short staffed and I get that. I didn't understand why our food was nearly the last out 7 tables to get our food. The kids mac cheese had sat in the window to the point it was dry when it came out. The bbq sauce on the kids ribs were spicy to the point that my grandson's cheek broke out from the sauce on it. The food other than the corn was really good though.

My only concern is if you make reservations six hours before your arrival time, your table should be ready when you arrive. But, overall, we had a waitress, who customer service skills were over the top. Rochelle was her name, and she was excellent! And showed the patience of Job with us. And that to me was much appreciated because so many times you go, they are understaffed, trying to do to many tables, and their patience is not very long, but with her, and I believe you were understaffed, she still showed expert courtesy!

The food was pretty good. We had the spare ribs, baby back ribs, brisket, chicken tenders, onion straws, Mac and cheese, garlic mashed, and coleslaw. We ate every bite! The corn bread muffins were sweet and yummy. Our service was just okay, but not bad. We were a little concerned when there were hardly any cars on a Saturday night, but it was good food.
