Fatto a Mano serves authentic Neapolitan pizza, sides and more. We use fresh ingredients in a warm, friendly environment. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.

We use independent producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. The pizzeria menu features classics such as margherita, salsiccia e friarielli, and diavola, whilst also featuring modern additions including lasagna pizza, homemade arancini, our own vegan ‘nduja pizza and scugnizielli dessert.

Our Neapolitan pizzeria is in the middle of Covent Garden’s buzzy theatre-district. We’re a few doors down from the English National Opera, with a view of Trafalgar Square on our doorstep.

Naples is the birthplace of pizza… Soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our dough is made by us every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizzaioli who cook every pizza in our ovens at 450+ degrees. Buon appetito!

Despite being incredibly busy due to it being a Saturday night, the food came promptly, the atmosphere was lovely and the service was exemplary!

Literally the worst service we've ever experienced. My plate snatched away whilst my wife was still eating. Her pizza then being delivered and the server without a word shoving her unfinished starter to one side to fit her pizza plate on. The pizzas themselves were undercooked, mine was wet and doughy and hers was submerged in oil. We were in a hurry so we just ate them. Again, I finished before my wife and a server, who had been absent whilst we were eating so we never got asked if our food was ok, immediately appeared and asked to take my plate. I said no. Literally 1 minute later, a 2nd server turned up asking to take my plate and I again said no. 1 minute later and a 3td server came to take my plate and argued with me when I said that my wife was still eating so I told her to go away! The wines here are terrible incidentally. They'd run out of the primitivo, which would hopefully have been good, so we were offered a tablespoon of another red to try that was described as full bodied but turned out to be thin acidic rubbish. We went for one of the whites out of desperation but it was insipid and fairly flavourless. This was my first try of the Fatto a Mano chain and will definitely be my last

Delicious pizza but the noise levels were insane. And loud background music that made people shout even more. Very unpleasant

This was perfect for a quick pre-theatre dinner. Great atmosphere, nice staff, good prices, yummy pizza! There are lots of similar places but this one got the relaxed Italian vibe just right!

We’ve been to Fatto a Mano in Brighton many times but this is a really poor comparison. The service was terrible - I had to go downstairs twice to ask for things - food ok but atmosphere pretty cold. We’ll stick to Brighton unless this can be improved.
