    Figs Steakhouse is an exceptional experience. The food is prepared by an amazing chef, the service makes you want to come back again and again. At the bar, pro drink slingers Dani, Starla, Zach and Amber are the very best in the business and Joseph always welcomes you with a warm smile and handshake. I love this place, five stars.

    The steak and lamb chops were excellent, well cooked and great flavor and quality. The chicken fried steak was bland and flavorless. The macaroni and cheese was also bland and flavorless (maybe try a truffle Mac with some salt, onions, and garlic? A little rosemary?) texture was good though. The mashed potatoes were good. The bread was good. The lobster tail was not available, but the surf and turf was (although it did not include a full tail) which was frustrating. The service was excellent. Would prefer a cocktail menu, it’s nice going to try new drinks. Prefer them to be specialities so you know they know how to make them and having a unique drink selection should be par for the course at a restaurant of this quality. The bread pudding was good, but the cinnamon should be more evenly distributed on the croissant, several bites were lacking flavor. The figs trucks (or any other vehicles) should not be parked directly in front of the entrance, it’s tacky and annoying to have to weave through them. When serving lamb, you should never allow yourself to run out of mint jelly and if you do run out, your chef should be able to make some rather than have to order it, it’s not that hard and it’s shelf stable. Was disappointed to have to say that any of the food was bland or flavorless, we expected more for the price and projection of quality. It could have been better, but it wasn’t bad.

    Celebrated my birthday at Fig’s. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We were warmly greeted on arrival and our server, Brianna, was attentive and was very knowledgeable about the menu, food and drinks. She was also very nice and helpful. The food was delicious. Will absolutely return soon!

    Undoubtedly the best restaurant in the area -- a straightforward, classic steakhouse with well-executed dishes. I had the 20oz bone-in ribeye and added a lobster tail. Steak was perfect. Perhaps my favorite thing about this place is they pay their staff extremely well, giving local young folks a chance to earn decent money and get good work experience. We will be back.

    What a wonderful evening! It was my first time and it won’t be my last. Food was so very good! Our server Lizzie was excellent. Drinks were very good. Our table had the NY strip, Ribeye, Halibut, Romaine salad, meatballs, creamed spinach, lobster Mac and cheese and au gratin potatoes- everything was cooked perfectly and came out hot.

    First-class dining at the lake. Service and food were excellent. The wine selection is top notch and the chef gives everyone his personal touch.
