    I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, which was absolutely disgusting. It looked great, but the chicken was rancid, so I couldn't even eat the first piece. The only reason I'm giving the restaurant two stars is because my server was excellent.

    Yummy food, really super great service, friendly staff! We were there Christmas Day and everything was perfect!!!! If I had to add constructive feedback it would be to just update the furniture. That’s it! It’s otherwise a super great restaurant and I have a full happy belly! We are a family with 2 small children and fared very well. No complaints at all. I highly recommend Fiorella Italian Kitchen!

    Our family went on Christmas day and found it to be a festive and lively place. The food was reasonably priced and very good. We appreciated all the servers that worked on Christmas Day, and found our service to be very good. Our waiter was really hustling all around his tables and I thought he did a great job.

    There is a lot of great choices on the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet (mostly because we dined on a holiday, but I am certain if we dined on a normal day it would’ve been lively and energetic). Our server was wonderful, and the food was great. The pizzas are great to share among 2 people as they are individual pizzas with 6 sizeable slices. The pastas a generous portion and fit the price. They do add gratuity (tip) to the bill & leave you the option to add more. Overall the experience was wonderful and I would recommend and go again.

    When we arrived they let us know we had to fold up the stroller and take everything out. So if you have kids, it’s not very friendly. Once we were seated we waited 20 minutes for someone to come over. There were only about 5 other tables at the time and it was not busy. It took over 30 minutes to get our bar drinks and when they came out half the order was missing and was not put in. When we did get our drinks the portion size was extremely small. The beer was filled up halfway in the glass and the cocktails were only a few sips in the glass. It was almost impossible to find our server and to get refills or any assistance. We had to ask multiple times to even get a glass of water. One of the entrees came out 15 minutes before the rest of the order. We had multiple entrees that were wrong or missing things that we paid for. The fish and chips were also almost inedible.It was stated as Cod on the menu which should be flaky and white but was thin, mushy, and a completely different color. When we mentioned this to our server he said “I don’t remember what you ordered” and walked away without any assistance or fixing it. We had to constantly remind him of things we were waiting on and ask multiple times. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the lack of service and lack of care for their customer’s.

    I only disliked the fact that due to traffic we arrived at 5:24 (our reservation was for 5:15. I messaged them ahead and was told "Your table is gone because it's been fifteen minutes." It had not been fifteen minutes in total, they did find us another table-- but I was surprised that they gave the original table away so quickly.

    The chicken Parmesan, bread and lasagna were quite tasty. I’d definitely recommend this place. The service could have been better like providing suggestions and discussing menu items. It would also have been better if the server would stop to check rather than me continuously asking for things like cutlery, pepper, refills etc.

    Our server wasn't aware we were seated so we didn’t get spoken to until 15 minutes after we were seated. The food and service after we were seated was fantastic. It was noisy because we were seated outside and there were machines in use to put up the outside Christmas tree. All in all, a great place to eat!
