La primera noche que fui pedi scallops y gluten free pasta solo con olive oil y sal, estuvo tan rica que volvimos el viernes y pedí lo mismo pero primero me lo llenaron de ajo y además la pasta estaba dura y partida que ni siquiera la podía comer como se come la pasta. No pude dormir de todo el ajo que le pusieron a la comida. Si el cliente pide algo es porque lo quiere de esa forma y sabe lo que le gusta y lo que le cae bien, no lo hagan de otra manera es mi recomendación.

Top tier Italian Restaurant within the Hyatt. Staff were very accommodating and flexible when we changed our 4-person reservation to six as we were being seated. They also were very accommodating as we delayed the process of ordering because the sixth person was delayed. The wine and appetizers were great. Reviews were a bit mixed on the entrees: two of us had the sea bass and were unimpressed. Two had the scallops and gave them a 'thumbs up.' One had the 16-oz Porterhouse and loved it. One had the Short Rib lasagna and didn't say if she liked it, but only ate about 1/5 of it, whereas she wolfed down the appetizers. She also did not ask for a to go box. You can draw your own conclusions. This was a business dinner, and our clients and colleagues' perceptions of the venue, food quality, and service reflected on our firm, since we initiated the dinner. Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse definitely met or exceeded our expectations as conveners.

Overall it is a nice establishment. Two of us at the table ordered the same thing and both of us had to send the food back because it was too salty. So much so that it would literally sting the taste buds. They handled the issue with grace and great customer service, offering alternatives, and the manager came by the table. The menu selection for alternatives was good enough that I could have selected something. But I was already soured by the experience and not interested in anything else. The other party with me did select a steak as an alternative and was satisfied with it. If I am ever at that hotel again I do not think it likely that I would return to this establishment.

Was disappointed in my meal and experience. It started out with the waiter awkwardly moving my menu out of the way to place my napkin on my lap for me …. are we still doing that in 2025? …. Also, we were not drinking alcohol. The waiter asked us 3 different times if we would like wine and we continued to decline, but it felt like HE was disappointed we weren’t ordering alcoholic drinks. I ordered the troife pasta with vegetables and pesto sauce. The pasta and vegetables were over cooked and drowning in a pesto cream sauce. I don’t like when the menu doesn’t specify that it is a cream sauce, but it also should not have been so much sauce that I could eat it like a soup. Really disappointing. The burrata appetizer was also not great. It was filled with pure milk, like it wasn’t quite ready to be eaten. The waiter saw I only took one bite of my dinner while my husband cleared his plate and said nothing. .. he actually cleared the plate quickly, as if to avoid asking how it was, and instead asked if we wanted wine again.

Wonderful place to celebrate New Year’s Eve! We had a fantastic time. Service was great and food was incredible. Will definitely be back as soon as we are able.

Our server, Jamie, was absolutely fantastic. We were sat fairly quickly and the rest of the staff was friendly and professional. The food was just okay though. The lamb chops were a bit dry and lacking flavor, and were not served with any kind of sauce or mint jelly. The steaks were good, but way overpriced for portion size. Overall, the service and the company we shared were the best parts of the experience. I hope I don’t sound too much like a Karen, but for the price of the meal, I was hoping/expecting that the food would blow us away. Instead, it was small, underwhelming, overpriced portions.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Orlando and I’ve dined at the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. Johnny was amazing. He was attentive yet not intrusive. He gave amazing recommendations and made my 5 year old feel like a princess. The Sea Bass was delicious as were the scallops. We also ordered the Short Rib lasagna which was equally as good. This was an amazing meal that we raved about later. I highly recommend visiting Firenze and ask for Johnny!
