Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: What began as a desire to recreate a beloved childhood street food has led to a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand nod for Florence-born Giovanni Mascagni. By day, his Chinatown restaurant serves focaccia-like schiacciata bread stuffed with fillings like prosciutto di Parma and bresaola beef.
