    My fish was very good, wife's steak was thin and gristly. Chicken tortilla soup and other accompaniments were fine. Overall probably not deserving of this price point, but not bad. But the service was abysmal. Only after two people had come by the table asking if anybody was helping us did our server make contact. Our drinks took *forever* to come, and we were never offered more. We weren't given bread. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Instead of walking around the table, our server just handed one of us her entree plate across the table, and it was painfully hot. Too many good restaurants in town to recommend this one or to make a return visit.

    Busy night as expected. Service was awesome. Food was good, which is why we were there! Hadn’t been to Firebirds for a while, so happy we could get back there.

    First timers and it was really great and coming back soon. First rounds of drinks slow but after that no issues and the server and food was really good!

    Food was superb as usual! My husband says his ribs were the best he has ever eaten! Always a pleasure to come here! We’ll definitely Italy be back!

    .I had the Prime Rib and it was fantastic. Cooked perfectly and the loaded baked potato was great too. My wife had the Salmon Fondue. She said the fondue was delicious and the Salmon was prepared perfect. We usually make Firebirds our destination for a special occasion such as Valentines Day.

    Would not eat here again food was microwave level i can and have made better dishes at home server although was nice was very inconsistent rarely checked in and we had to basically beg to get the check it was quick to seat but food took entirely too long and i understand they are working this is just my opinion could have been better in many ways
