Food was delicious, drinks were fantastic, service was great. It was a little louder than we would have liked as the music seemed to be louder than usual but we also know it was NYE and people were having a great time and they may have turned it up. Overall an amazing date night for us.

Great place for a dinner with good friends. Our waitress was incredible and the one server from the kitchen was super friendly. The deviled eggs were incredible.

Delicious! As could be expected for a newer location, New Year's Eve was challenging. Other than the long wait (half-hour) to be seated, and this was with reservations well in advance, all went well.

The food is great, and if you’re gluten-free, their kitchen is awesome! The mixed drinks were very good. I was disappointed in the quality of a wine.

The food was good, as was the service. They were running a bit behind, however, so we waited 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated.

Firebirds is one of our favorite restaurants for special occasions. We like to celebrate New Year's Eve by dining out on the 30th in order to avoid the crowds on the 31st. Despite being there on the 30th, the restaurant was still bustling. We had a reservation for 7pm and were seated before 7:10. Our waitress was EXCELLENT - attentive without being overly attentive. I ordered the Cajun Sirloin with steak fries and a side BLT salad (a $7.50 add-on). I ordered my steak RARE and it was cooked to perfection (most restaurants tend to serve the steak medium rare when ordered rare). The BLT salad was exceptional and well worth the $7.50 add-on charge. My wife ordered the grilled salmon and shrimp with the BLT salad. Her entree was very flavorful but was not piping hot - it was warm but not hot. She brought her leftovers home and heated them up today and they were great. I'm a big fan of Firebirds and heartly recommend it.

Service started out well but then really went south, party of six, no drink refills, long periods of server disappearing. 2 in our party of six order the salmon with vegetables, the vegetables were very undercooked, had our server checked in to see how things were we likely would have sent them back. 2 out of 6 definitely did not enjoy the meal, and having to wait on a refill so you could eat your meal was not good.
