    We were celebrating our Anniversary...I even noted this on our reservation because I wanted our experience to be special. There was no mention, what so ever, of my notation. The service was mediocre, at best. Our server asked if we wanted bread and it was 15 minutes later when I asked if she was going to bring the bread. The food was nothing special. My drink had more ice than beverage. My husbands potatoes au gratin were a bowl mush and had a weird flavor. My salmon was dry. I really have no reason to return. For the money, our experience should've been more memorable.

    We went to Firebirds for lunch and were a bit surprised at our order for Honey Glazed Chicken. We received a very small single chicken breast. It seemed like our baked potato could have been our main course. We had gone to Firebirds the first week they opened in August and ordered the exact same dish. At that time, our Honey Glazed chicken order came with two chicken breasts and a nice sized potato. I felt like the portions were smaller, but the menu was the same. Other people in our party ordered the shrimp and grits and club sandwich. Both of these seemed to contain portions that fit the pricing. We did receive great service, but we were disappointed in the honey glazed chicken as compared to what we had received in August and were expecting again.

    Love their menu at lunch and dinner. Something for everyone. Food is delicious and service excellent every time we’ve been there.

    Or table was ready when we arrived. Or waited was great, attentive and knowledgeable. The food took a little longer but did not disappoint. Everyone’s meal was exceptional. For adults and three children left sated and happy.

    Our waiter Joseph was great! My husband and I went to Firebirds the night before thanksgiving. The food was as good as the other Firebird locations, we didn’t have to wait long for anything, and the noise level was comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

    Like all restaurants the noise level was high at lunch. There were only two of us. But the service was excellent as well as the service. My friend’s favorite was the cauliflower appetizer and I loved the loaded baked potato as well as the special chili. A highlight was crème brûlée that was a surprise birthday dessert! I have to say I can’t wait for the weather to permit eating out on the patio. Hope I don’t have to wait too long till spring! But I will definitely be back!

    Service can be iffy sometimes. My sides didn’t come out w my dinner but they offered to take it off.
