Our meals were great. My wife had a fillet, and I had the Tomahawk pork chop. Both excellent choices. We started by adding salads to our meals. The salads were large and if we had realized how big they were, we would have just ordered the meals. Our server, Haley, was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. We noticed how the manager, Mark, worked alongside his staff throughout the evening making sure things operated efficiently. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and I am glad I made reservations at Firebirds in Knoxville.

Tuna appetizer was the best part. Really enjoyed the slaw that came with it. Sea Bass was cooked appropriately with a nice sear. Didn’t see or taste much in the way of key lime butter aside from slight yellow tint on a couple of shrimp. Salmon cooked appropriately but again, couldn’t detect any of the key lime butter advertised. Both cocktails we had were tasty but probably a dollar or two overpriced at $14 a drink that doesn’t come with elaborate or artful garnish.

Great food and great service. Manager also very nice. Our server Emma is so sweet and attentive.

Abigail was our server and did a nice job of taking care of us. I've been critical of the service at this Firebird's in the past, but they have stepped up and made improvements. Abigail was attentive without being intrusive. Very pleasant and professional. We both had salads, my wife had her usual Spinach and Salmon, and I had the Shrimp and Strawberry salad. The Shrimp and Strawberry is kind of sweet but very good. The shrimp is to die for. Full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Being the driver I had a diet coke, but my wife had the Pighin PG wine and said it was very good. This Firebird's has become a more frequent restaurant in our rotation since they have improved their service. We've had several of the entree's there and they are all very good. I do miss their meatloaf they had years ago. I recommend this restaurant if you're lucky enough to get Abigail for a server you will have a very pleasant time there. I forgot to take pictures! Next time!

Everything about our experience was wonderful. We got right in when we checked in for our reservation and were seated at a nice booth. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. We always have a positive experience whenever we dine here!

our server and the staff were incredible. The food was good, could be better. the soup came out lukewarm. the grilled chicken was great! the street corn was great! everything else kind of felt mediocre. but SUPER friendly and attentive staff and service!

Great staff, great food, great atmosphere! The manager even made a small hiccup from the kitchen so much better in the end!

My wife's steak was perfect, melt in your mouth. My steak was overdone and more tough, even though we both ordered it to be cooked medium. Service was fantastic!

During our experience we had a waitor who was lack of better words unconcerned with us or her tables. We saw a waitor exactly 3 times in our 1 hour 25min visit. When she came to us ,We had to ask for straws , bread, and to order our appatizer. When our food arrived our appatizer did as well at the same time. When we ate we both needed refills and we're not able to get them until she came around to ask us if we wanted a box with full plates. We just simply said yes , even though we had every intent of purchasing desert. The food was not bad but the service made this experience good or memorable.
