    I had Beautiful dining experience for my early birthday dinner. Marissa was so kind and thoughtful with suggestions and making sure that I was taken care of. The Establishment is beautiful and welcoming the service was on point and punctual.

    We had an excellent dinner date. The atmosphere was very cosy, the food delicious, and we had an excellent waitress.

    I had the sea bass. The sauce was unusual and unnecessary. The meal presentation looked like the slop from the matrix. My wife liked her salmon that was also on top of the bed of matrix slop. Very disappointed and 145$ lighter for two. Waiter did offer a dessert for the inconvenience. Being diabetic I just left it alone.

    Food was good. I gave 3 rating for service as it took us over 15 minutes for a waitress to pick up our money for us to pay especially when the restaurant was not busy. Another waitress finally came to take our payment after she saw me holding it up. This would not deter us going again since we enjoy eating at Firebirds, it was just a little irritating. We have eaten at Firebirds several times and customer service has actually been exceptional before.

    First time eating here. The service was excellent. Food was very tasty. Steak was prepared to excellent. Definitely will go again. The staff certainly made me feel welcom

    When my wife and I first arrived they sat us in the main dining room. After sitting there close to 15 minutes without anyone even saying hello, we decided to move to the bar where we were greeted by Bridgley and then the service escalated to top notch. When we return, we will try to always sit at the bar.
