    To start with we were a party of 3 and was set at a table that was in the middle of a lot that was going on. The people who worked there had trouble getting around because the table was placed awkwardly. We asked several times to be moved to a booth, we were dismissed 2x before the 3rd we were placed at a booth. The waitress Kim was inattentive, didn’t ask how the food was, didn’t ask if we needed anything, had to ask her several times for things. The food was horrible, the fries had too much grease and the burgers lacked flavor. My aunt asked Kim for bread several times, in which she responded it’s baking. When we seen several waiters/ waitresses coming out with bread right after. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. First time there and definitely will be my last.

    The food , the cocktails ( especially the strawberry margaritas) and the atmosphere was great . Fast service , the appetizers and entrees didn’t take long at all ! Just loved everything will definitely be back again soon !

    This is the 3rd time my husband and I have gone. The past two times have been excellent. But, this last time we went wasn’t pleasant. Normally, our service is great as well. We’re offered plenty of bread the other two times, not this time. Also my asparagus was extremely undercooked. I could not eat it at all. My husband did not care for his either. His mashed potatoes tasted like sweet potatoes and he didn’t not care for the onion rings either. The food was very unpleasant this go round and wasn’t worth the money to us.

    I love Firebirds so much!! The service is always good and the food is amazing. This is a perfect place for a date night or business dinner.

    Food was delicious and the evening was pretty pleasant. Despite how busy it was for Valentine’s Day, it was a nice time. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and veggies were fresh!

    The broccoli was horrible but the filet mignon was good but I got a baked potato and it was good.

    The place was chaos. The bathroom was cleaner than the restaurant. The floor needed to be vacuumed. They put red balloons out but only on half the dining area. Looked like they either ran out or had an after thought going on. I don’t think that I would recommend this particular restaurant to anyone.

    We had reservations at 3, we were sitting soon as we walked in. Very nice place, clean and our waitress was right at our table giving the specials out. Our food was fresh hot and very delicious.
