Service was great. Servers were incredibly attentive. Family member got the Chilean Sea Bass without the sauce. Piece of fish was good but burnt on the outside giving it a gross flavor. Those pieces had to be removed. Another person got the Chilean sea bass with the sauce. Sauce was horrible. Totally ruined the fish. Didn’t taste the steak as it was undercooked. When it came back cooked more, just took it home. Brownie was hard and didn’t taste good. So disappointing. Used to come here all the time.

The resturant is great I have been there several times before. They advertised a brunch menu for Saturday and Sunday but was offering it on New Year’s Day so we went. Everything was great ! The food was delicious but we ordered Old Fashioned drinks and they were not great. Another type of drink was ordered as well and it was the same (not good). I stuck to the beer on tap. They might need more time teaching their bartenders but the chefs are on point every time we go.

Service was excellent but food was not good at all. Both steaks were cooked well done and we asked for them med rare. This was my second time visiting this chain and same issue at the other location. They need to figure out how to cook the meat as ordered.

Our server Tom was great. It was extremely busy because it was NYE but the food was great and our server was timely and friendly.

Filet was a really bad chunk of meat. Haven’t had a good meal there in awhile. Time to find a new place

I just went there tonight for Christmas eve with my husband and two teenage kids. We do not usually go to restaurants during holidays. As usualy, very busy and bad service. Firebirds was a full-house and I lowered my expectations. We were seated at our 6:30pm reservation and a server was promptly at our table taking our drink orders with a smile on her face 😀 All four of us ordered the 3 courses for $39.95. We were very satisfied with the portions and taste! We had a wonderful family dinner and will definitely go there again. I highly recommend it. 🍸 🍹 were delicious as well 😋

Have been here several times, food is good, prices not crazy and good service. The service this visit was below par, waiter was more interested in chatting w/ other guests than giving us service. We had to ask for the bread? And then for our waters refilled. Don't think we'll be back anytime soon. Claudia
