    Plenty on seating even at lunch time on a Saturday. The cheeseburger was bigger than it looked. Opted for fruit as the side. It was cold & fresh. Also, a companion ordered the Cobb salad (without tomatoes). Vegetables were fresh, chicken nicely seasoned. Wait staff was very pleasant & efficient.

    Restaurant was very busy, and service was somewhat slow, but our waitress tried very hard to serve us. I do believe the restaurant was understaffed for the holidays.

    Reserved a table for 7 as is our Christmas tradition in or family. Table was cramped by a beam that blocked speaking to one another. Was told that’s where they’re trained to seat 7 tops? Ordered 2 appetizers that we never got. Turns out our server never put them in. Drinks from the bar took over 20 minutes. Salads came and our sever acted like she was shocked our apps weren’t there. Food was good. If I could tipped the kitchen I would have. Dishes piled up with no one to take them away. Just horrible. They served my son a salad with broken fork that hurt his teeth. We had no napkins until well into the salads. Horrible. Don’t go here.

    This is the another dining experience here and again we’re pleased with our meal selections. Although we were dining fairly early, they were out of one of the featured dishes already. I opted for the Sea bass instead, however a piece of it was undercooked. The rest of my meal, as well as my husband’s, was wonderful though.

    The server was lovely. The food was…fine. Everything from pasta to fish to steak was over cooked but well seasoned. Overall, not a great value.

    Food was good but very pricey. It took forever to get waited on and even after being acknowledged took us several hours to eat dinner because everything was so slow. Only a few people in dining room at the time and a table next us , who was seated well after us had their food before we even got to order.

    We loved celebrating my husband's birthday at Firebird grill! Isaiah did a great job serving, and the food always great! Only complaint was that the dirty dishes and glassware was not cleared before the next serving, and our waters were not refilled. Also, we possibly would have drank more wine but they didn't return to ask. 770082 I don't know if they were short staffed, it was a Sunday at 4:00 and not many guests. We do love Firebird though and lived in Tennessee and dined there often!

    After a 2 hour wait we got our food. The salmon was burned and completely dried up, totally inedible. The manager apologized and only charged us for a glass of wine. Unfortunately, we left there hungry after only having a dinner salad and bread. This was the second terrible experience we’ve had at Firebirds. Never again.

    We had a dinner reservation for 6:15. We got our soups and salads at 7:20. Finally got out meals at 7:45. It was a veterans Day and extremely busy, but something was terribly wrong. We looked over the DR, and no one was eating. It's great to give meals away for Veterans, but this meal was not worth 2+ hours.
