   Only negatives were a little slow service when we first got there and my food wasn't piping hot like I like it. Everything else was positive.

   First time dining at Firebirds. Husband had the salmon and shrimp. Shrimp might have needed to be cooked a bit longer. Salmon was amazing and a good helping. 4 out of 5 rating for him. I had the cheeseburger. Patty was very good. Juicy and good flavor. Steak fries had good seasoning. 5/5 for me! Definitely be back!

   The filet was better than expected. Excellent pineapple martini! Would have both again. Our server Dani was good!!

   Large number of people waiting to be seated when we arrived early at the restaurant although we were seated very close to our reservation time. We had a drink at the bar which was ok. A little pricey for what we received however the bar staff was delightful. Once seated, the server was prompt but not pushy. The main reason we didn’t give it 5/5 was our food took 45 minutes between ordering and being delivered to our table. Hoping that it was a one-off. Portion sizes were generous and the food tasted great. I would recommend but stick to the beer and wine, their mixed drinks are overpriced.

   It was amazing from food to service. Sangria was on point. Steak was cooked to perfection. Timing from appetizer to meal was perfect. Would recommend reservations. I had made one but was a 3 hour wait when I walked in for my 5pm reservation.

   We were seated close to an extremely loud table of around 12 people. We couldn’t even hear each other talk. When asked if we needed anything I asked to be moved to another table. My request was ignored. When I called Mike the manager he apologized and said they had no way of knowing how a party was going to behave. The table of 12 was there before us and everyone knew how extremely loud they were. We have been loyal customers of Firebirds, but was very unhappy the way we were treated.
