    I had the ahi tuna salad. It was huge (enough for two meals) and very good! Our service was very good as well.

    The food was excellent, and the service was quick and friendly. I had a $10 bonus for my birthday (I joined their Inner Circle Club, and they also gave me a beautiful dessert to share with my friends. This wall of wine bottles and the colorful bar add to the atmosphere and make this a perfect place for a birthday!!

    The food & drinks were amazing. Our server, Abby, was as well. I appreciate the menu options. We have been several times & while I stick to the Chilean Sea Bass because it is so good, my husband has tried several items from one of the burgers as well as the tomahawk pork chop & has loved everything he’s ordered. Firebirds is quickly becoming a favorite. I love that they have seasonal drinks as well as a large drink menu, including cocktails. Abby was our most recent server & did a wonderful job. She was very attentive without being intrusive.

    First, front of house and table side service are always excellent here, and today was no exception. However, I asked for medium rare on the aged ribeye. It came out blue rare. It was fixed, but as we all know, refired steak is never the same. No comp was offered. It ruined lunch. Won’t be coming here again.

    Firebirds has a great variety on their menu. I can not recommend the Double Black Diamond Martini enough. It is a very good drink. We loved our appetizer and drinks. The Cajun Ribeye was grilled to the perfect medium temperature he requested and my Colorado Chicken Salad was perfect. Lots of chicken, which was great. Our server was attentive but not overly attentive. We will be back soon.
