Food was actually good. Three of us did the 3 item meal. The value for what you got was decent. Two had the filet, one the chicken entree and one just had the Ahi tuna salad. The desserts say petite but they were still a shareable size. The service was not very good. Manager came by at least twice to apologize for the slow service. We had a couple cocktails and those were also slow. Two desserts came out eventually but the bread pudding had to be boxed up after waiting 20 minutes. The restaurant was not crowded since it was a Tuesday but the hostess sat us at the last booth that had the service station for the wait staff to enter food/drinks on the side of our table. There were several people basically standing over the glass bearer the whole two hours. When they entered food they were looking down on our table. Mainly they were waiting on food and talking. Avoid this table! It should be the last table people get sat at!! We definitely want to try the bar next time.

Our second visit and probably the last. We spent about $120 (before tip) per person for 3 courses and drinks. Our steaks were all ordered medium rare but all came medium, dry and needed salt and pepper. Steaks and loaded backed potatoes were not served hot, lukewarm at best. Server was pleasant but had only been there a few weeks. Manager stopped by a few times, but what she needed to be monitoring was the hostess desk, which was slow and confused and the restrooms which were dirty and overflowing with trash.

We brought our four grandchildren to Firebirds tonight. Their kids menu is the best I have ever seen! The kids loved their food. Our food was wonderful and the server, Brennan, was excellent!

Wanted to find a fun place to eat on Veterans Day and Firebirds did not disappoint! Food was awesome. We will be back!

We wanted to try a new restaurant and their Veterans Day offer drew us in. Firebirds provided an experience that exceeded our expectations and we will be returning. We both got the 7 ounce filet and found the filets prepared as ordered after switching them - an honest mistake. The filets had a nice char and were salted lightly as we prefer - unlike some other venues that are very heavy handed with the seasoning. My wife infrequently gets her steak as rare as she likes, but she was very happy with most of her steak while mine was also prepared as expected. She ordered the carrots as her side while I ordered the scalloped potatoes and we were able to share our sides. The sauted carrots were sweet and seasoned retaining some firmness while being a little soft for our liking. We both found the scalloped potatoes to be well permeated with the cheese while retaining sufficient firmness to be enjoyable. I have some personal issues with rich foods and found them to be a little more saucy than I prefer but still enjoyable. We found the wine list a little underwhelming but we weren’t looking for wine or cocktails walking in the door. Some of the cocktails looked interesting on the menu and the bourbon list was pretty good. The bread looked great on a neighboring table, but we were neither offered nor served any so we cannot comment on the actual quality of the bread.

PERFECT and 5 star for everything. The food was delicious and fresh. The waitstaff was wonderful and fast. Every time I go there it is fabulous. Great restaurant!

We loved the service. The food and drinks were interesting and well done. We had the 3-course dinner & we’re pleased. It was a busy Saturday night, so a little too noisy for our taste.

The food is not as good as when they first opened. I really liked this restaurant but it is so so now.
