    For Brunch. The crab cakes on the brunch menu were delicious with spinach and topped with eggs of your choice. The French toast dish was also very good just too much to eat. You won't be disappointed!

    We had a great experience last night. We gathered to fellowship and bring in the new year together. Our server was awesome, and we look forward to our next visit.

    Reservation for 4 for NYE. 3 of 4 of us ordered the special NY strip with lobster tail. Lobster tails were overcooked and rubbery and steaks were gristly. 4th person ordered garlic sirloin medium and it came out well done. In general , food was disappointing for the event.

    Went to Firebirds for an early dinner on New Year's Eve so we were expecting a busy and energetic crowd. They handled it beautifully. Staff was pleasant, food was fabulous (prime rib and filet mignon), and service was truly exceptional. David our server was attentive to all our request, delivered drinks at appropriate timing with meal and kind with his comments. Good value for price and we will return!

    Great food and service even on a busy Christmas-eve, we had 8:30pm reservations, was seated immediately even though the restaurant was full. My husband order a burger without cheese, it appeared they had added the cheese and realized the mistake, they removed it but left remnants of the cheese on the burger. We brought this to our waiter attention. They corrected it by preparing a fresh burger and the manager came over to our table to acknowledge the mistake, apologized and took the burger off our bill. That’s the reason we continually patronize this Firebirds! They have exceptional customer service! Thanks 😊

    Great service from our waitress in Christmas Eve. Unfortunately sat right next to the kitchen which is extremely loud. They should build a glass wall to buffer the sound.

    Hopefully, this was an off night. Arrived on time for my reservation to celebrate a birthday and had to wait 12 min in the entrance way to be seated. Server came by about 5 min later and said she would be right with us. About 5 min later came by to take drink orders. Did not offer water or bread. For the next 40 min, the server stopped 3 by times to say drinks were coming. Had to ask for water, she did offer bread on the second time around. On the 3rd time she asked to take order (still no cocktails yet) but gave her our order. She was not up to speed on the menu nor the rail alcohol options for that matter. Drinks finally came and shortly thereafter our order less the salad. Told her to kill the salad yet the GM did bring it by a few min later and offered it at no charge. NY strips were good and the filet was excellent although all the beef was a bit on the salty side. The BLT salad had too much dressing on it. During meal server never stopped by till done to ask if everything was ok. I reminded her that we were celebrating a birthday, I had made note on the reservation and upon arrival to the server. Apparently, no one was reading the notes on the reservation and our server had forgotten. None the less, after a reminder she offered a cheesecake for the birthday girl. The cheesecake was great except for the 4-inch black hair baked into the cake found near the last bite. Needless to say, enough was enough. Called the assistance mgr over who did apologize immensely and did credit one of the entries on our tab. Not sure if we’ll patronize this establishment again.

    Great restaurant. Our server was so nice and efficient. The chef came out and spoke. The manager came out and spoke. Terrific. A little pricey for the portion sizes’. Not a very large brunch menu. The place was clean and beautiful
