    With 4 in our party on a very busy Friday evening leading up to the Christmas holiday, we were getting together to enjoy drinks and dinner. Three in our party chose the full course offering for $39.95. That includes an app, main course and dessert. Two chose the tortilla soup as their app, and it sounded like there had been a "run" on the soup that evening (outside temps in the teens with wind chill in single digits). So, we had to wait for that. When it was finally served, it had to be sent back because it wasn't hot. In meantime our entrees were ready, but our server, Mary, took care to hold them and keep them piping hot. When we finally received our mains, they were all satisfactory temperature-wise. Serving sizes were good and plating appetizing. Desserts were very good as well.

    Great food and service! Very personable staff and great customer service! Really appreciate the customer service since it is a rarity these days! Recommend highly!

    The grilled salmon was very good as well as the augratin potatoes. The service was excellent. He continued to check on our table for any needs or requests. We'll return to Firebirds for another lunch.

    The service was truly outstanding and the food was well-prepared and delicious. My only complaint was that the restaurant is pretty noisy which made it difficult to talk.

    We always have a great experience at Firebirds! However last night was the best! The manager played with our daughter (1), got her ice cream and just kept coming to chat with her! A wonderful experience!

    Sean as our server was solid. Helpful, kind, efficient. However except for the Double Diamond Martini and Philly Spring Rolls starter, the rest of the food was sub par and most folks did not finish their meal. We even complained about the sea bass being way overcooked and the shrimps tasted bitter but no reparation was offered. Overall, will not dine here again.
