    We had reservations but waited over 5 minutes to check in with a hostess. We had simple orders- soups and salads. The soup was barely warm, and one of our salads was wrong. I’ve been to other Firebirds locations & have been very pleased. I was disappointed today!

    We had one of the most wonderful dinner experiences last night celebrating our granddaughters birth. The staff could not have been more attentive. The Regional Director Michael came by and talked to us to check on us and upon learning we just had a grand baby shared his happiness for us. We ordered take out meals for our daughter and son in law and every staff member signed a beautiful congratulations card to them and included it in their order. So sweet and thoughtful. Our three course prime rib dinner was delicious. Every course provided a larger portion than expected and with perfect cooked prime rib and sides. This company cares how you are treated and want you to feel good about dining at their restaurants. They exceeded all our expectations and it was Valentine’s Day as well. At least four team members checked on us and other diners throughout our dinner. Well done South Park Firebirds Team! We will be back every time we visit our new grand baby.     Three out of the four entrees at our table were fine, but my prime rib was tough as shoe leather. Never had prime rib like that before - a real disappointment.

    I recently dined at Firebirds and had an overall enjoyable experience. The service was absolutely exceptional—attentive, friendly, and highly professional. The staff really went above and beyond to make the evening pleasant. The food was a mix of highs and lows. The pork chop was cooked beautifully, and the glazed carrots were a highlight with their sweet, sticky sauce. The mushroom side dish was also outstanding and full of flavor. However, the ribeye steak I ordered was a bit tough, which was a little disappointing compared to the quality of the sides. The ambience was nice, though I did notice the restaurant could have benefited from a fresher, more inviting scent. It wasn’t overwhelming, but a little improvement in this area could enhance the overall atmosphere. All in all, I’d give Firebirds a solid 4 out of 5. The amazing service and standout sides made it worth the visit, and I’m looking forward to returning to try a different entrée next time.
