Our Name, FireFin, Comes from the Word Lionfish (Pterois Volitans). The Lionfish is a Non-Native Species to Our Florida Waters. With its Poisonous Fins (FireFin) and Without any Natural Predators, the Lionfish Has Had a Negative Impact on Our Natural Marine Life and Ecosystems. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Encourages All Divers, Anglers and Commercial Harvesters to Remove this Invasive Species.

              nobody came for 20 minutes, even to give us a glass of water. The ambience was terrible. Everybody looked like they were in a bad mood. We left the restaurant because of the abysmal experience.

              First time going, wasn’t impressed with the food for the price. Filet mignon was cooked to requested medium rare but was very bland and no flavor. Appetizer of muschroom on bread was mediocre at best. Dessert was the best part which was good. Valentines special at $95 a person, I would expect much much more. At best I would say at $35 to $40 a person would have been much more appropriate for this meal. Other than the food, service and atmosphere was great.

              It was a good Valentine’s Day choice , however, I asked for no butter on my sea bass and the waiter delivered my sea bass in a butter sauce. I had acid reflex all night . I wish I had returned it for something else.

              An absolutely amazing evening with my friends at Firefin. We loved the hospitality. Food was very nice, drinks were amazing. We tried sushi & firefin specials, they were so goood. 10/10

              We were dining outside at 7:30 pm. The lighting was very poor, so we could barely read the menus and see what we were eating. We ordered esteemed crab legs and lobster. Although the food quality was very good, we could not enjoy it because no appropriate utensils were available, no napkins or wet towels offered to eat that food. Very disappointing experience.

              Terrible experience at firefin grill. My family did not get waited on until 25 minutes after we arrived. The hostess had to take our order and then we did not receive any drinks that were ordered for 15 more minutes. We left before getting our food because it was so terrible. The noise level was too loud for a dinner and terrible lighting.

              Our meal, served in the inside dining room, was very simple: one hamburger, one fish dish ,2 identical appetizers, one ice tea. we arrive at 6:15 and left at 7:40 --disgusted because 1. I asked for a "juicy" hamburger but what arrived was overcooked into a dry patty 2. Only one of the appetizers arrived at our table, the second one, despite numerous reminders to the waitress, did not arrive until we asked for the check 3. The since the waitress said that tea was not available, the coffee ordered instead arrived about mid-meal time cold and with no sweetener despite numerous reminders of its absence 4. Service in general was extremely slow and fragmented. It seemed every reminder of a missing meal element was greeted with surprise, as if the waitress has just heard of the omission. It also seemed like there was little effective communication between kitchen and wait staff because most of the entrees arrived cold. 5. The low point of this dining experience was when a member of the kitchen dishwashing staff arrived at the table to stack all of the dirty dishes in front of us. It was gross-- and it took two trips to kitchen to complete the process (apparently the Firefin folks do not believe in trays). 6. While the above was going on, someone on the building's rear patio had some very loud vintage rock and roll music blaring out at seemingly random intervals. All in all, it appears that dining at Firefin Grill is an experience to be avoided. If you don't believe this conclusion, I will bet that another review like this will probably be arriving soon from the equally irate party of six sitting next to us

              Hands down, one of the best dining experiences I've had! The service at Firefin Grill was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. The grilled salmon was cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Can't wait to come back!

              I loved the ambiance, the vibe and the food. They have amazing menu and the seafood is just amazing. we tried prawns, sushi and Atlantic salmon. It was so good. We are definitely coming back again
