Experience a luxurious Afternoon Tea presented by Executive Chef Marcin Sobusiak. Enjoy a selection of house-made finger sandwiches, fresh baked scones, and seasonal pastries along with Rishi Tea Collection. Make your day a bubbly one by adding Prosecco or Champagne at an additional cost. Seatings begin at 1pm, Saturday and Sunday. 90-minute time limit applies to each seating. $59 per person. Tax and gratuity not included. Availability is limited. Service was excellent and restaurant was quiet so it was easy to have a conversation. My chicken pot pie was good, but it could have been in a larger bowl since it spilled over the sides every time I cut the crust. My wife said the fish and chips were average but wished she had ordered the chicken pot pie

We had their special Chanukah Dinner - a 4 course meal for $35/pp, so very good value. My daughter thought the meal was a bit bland, but I really enjoyed it, but then I prefer light and flavorful over rich food with heavy sauces. The service was good, and it was an enjoyable experience overall.

Fire Lake Grill is located in the Radisson Blu Hotel, a 4 star hotel in downtown Chicago. My sister, daughter, and granddaughter, wife and myself stayed there before attending the Bear Packers game. We ate at the restaurant on Saturday evening when they arrived around 8 pm. It is a nice place, casual with an interesting beer list. My problem was they automatically added a 20% gratuity to our bill. There was nothing on the menu letting us know this was there policy nor did they verbally inform us. We also left a 20% cash tip. The next day my wife inquired about this and was told that the automatically attached gratuity would be removed from our bill. We had signed off on the bill to our room. Needless to say it was never removed. Diner BEWARE! Read your receipt carefully. We will never dine here again nor recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Chicago.

The food and service for tea was excellent. Good portion. The only thing that was offputting was the R/S fee which was on the bill. This was a room service charge of 18% that the server had them remove. We were not hotel guests. Our server Nailien was excellent

I took a customer here for dinner. When the food came out I was embarrassed. Bone marrow was awful and smelled so bad we asked them to take it away. Pork Belly was dried out like it had been sitting under a lamp for hours. Salmon was so over salted only ate half of it. Filet was ok but cooked well done when ordered medium. Vegetables were drown in oil and salt. Go to a hotdog stand you will be much happier.

We chose this restaurant because it was close to the places we wanted to go to in Downtown Chicago. Their lunch options were great and as expected from being in downtown, expensive. At that, I was thinking that their coffee would at least be great. It came from Starbucks. Paper cup and all. Otherwise, our meal turned out good. And our server was really nice and attentive.

This restaurant is chic and nicely appointed. The service was great, especially the hostess who greeted us. We had nice seats on the patio. The food however was not good. My party ordered the chicken, a burger and a Ceasars salad with shrimp. The food simply had no taste. The shrimp were over cooked, tough and chewy and the salad dressing tasted like mayonnaise. The presentation of the burger and chicken was great, but neither one was seasoned. For the prices charged, the food was a big disappointment. If I were to ever try this restaurant again, I would order appetizers only.
