   It was my son's b'day. We went for dinner here. Ordered two plates of two starters to begin with. Although the staff was friendly, the service left much to be desired. They brought two plates of one starter and only one plate of the second. We finished eating those, and then the second plate of the second starter arrived, which was quite disappointing. I have not seen that happening anywhere, either the entire dish takes time or it doesn't !! guess there is a first time for everything. Later I ordered a Pepsi for my son without ice and had to ask three times. It took around 20 minutes to bring it, and it came with ice. I had to ask them again to remove the ice. While the food was excellent – the Dal Achari was very delicious, the Gulkand Kheer was amazing, and the Naans were soft and fresh – the poor service overshadowed our experience.

   The food was amazing. The staff were really friendly but the service was not up to the mark. The manager provided us some discounts for the delays in the service but we had to wait a lot between the meal for more food. However, the conversations with the manager was promising after the meal. I would suggest going here with a group less than 8 people.

   Food is excellent & service very good. Our server Drashti was very helpful & provided amazing service. Will definetly go there again

   It was not worth the cost. The food was not good as expected. We were looking for server for first 20 minutes and even had to ask for water from the server. Overall experience was dull.

   On Valentine’s Day they had a pre-set menu and specific reservation timings which would make you think everything would come out in a timely manner but it did not. The staff was friendly but extremely delayed in everything. It took 30 minutes just for them to get us a glass of water. Multiple people complained about the delay in services and yet the manager still continued to just stand and watch at the front. If the service staff need assistance then help out or at the very least find out why there’s a delay. Suffice it to say it was an extremely disappointing dinner and not worth the cost. If they don’t want to lose customers they need to fix this.

   Booked for valentines experience spl. But it wasn’t much of a good experience . The table wasn’t ready even after we got there after our booking tym. Pictures for reference were quite different from actual. So I didn’t get the value for money at all. Food: Food was good. Service: Amazing. Would definitely suggest to try once for food, but don’t go for any special experiences.

   The service was really slow that we had to keep asking the servers to come serve us. Not only that, we also had to hunt down the servers to ask for something basic like water refills. I wouldn't return to this place. The worse was that the restaurant added to tip to the bill because we were a group of 5 adults and 2 infants so we were a group that had to pay the tip even though the service was horrible. I believe since there was a tip pre added to the bill, the servers barely cared about customer service. Disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

    Went to Fitoor for Diwali dinner with family and had a lovely time. The ambience was great, quiet, easy to converse with the group. The food and cocktails especially were great and I found the customer service excellent. The staff seemed enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations. Our hostess Khushi was very sweet and was genuinely happy to serve. My son took to her so well! Overall a good experience and I would definitely go back!
