Disappointment is probably the best word to summarize our experience from the food to the service. We made reservations noting a birthday and that was never acknowledged. The food wasn't bad, but it was nothing special, especially for being marketed as a fine dining establishment. Service was the same, staff was kind, but nothing noteworthy either. The wait staff lacked any fine dining etiquette-from the way wine was served, to the timing of our food coming to the table. The experience left us thinking Gordon Ramsey needs to come in and clean up the whole operation. Such a disappointment as we loved the atmosphere.

I very dissapointed in the french fries they were overly salty and I'm not a fan of crispy fries, the filet mignon was excellent.

Service and bar was great! Beautiful restaurant overall but the food was horrible. Great menu with options and we were excited about it, but the execution of all dishes bad. No flavor or seasoning. I would go back for drinks at the bar and overall ambiance but that’s about it.

The ambiance was great, maybe dimming the lighting would make it better. The octopus appetizer and scallop were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The ceviche was a bit underwhelming. My steak was perfect, the Brussels could have been better. Overall the food was great. The service from our server can improve. It almost felt like she did not want to be our server. I was there for my birthday, we were never asked the occasion or anything. There was no engagement unlike her other table next to ours. She brought the dessert menu while I was still eating. I felt rushed.

We came for date night, and the ambiance was nice. Drinks were terrible (I ordered a mocktail which tasted like pickle juice, and my husband ordered a cocktail that lacked any flavor). They have an extensive wine list, but since our drinks were a bust we stuck with water for the rest of our meal. We ordered the crispy California rice as an app but they were out of it, so we went with the whipped feta which tasted good, but it wasn't anything spectacular. For dinner my husband ordered the scallop risotto, which the risotto and succotash were under cooked and under seasoned, but the scallops tasted great. I had the paperdelle with mushrooms, and if you are hungry I wouldn't recommend to order. It tasted great, however the portion size is not in line with an entree (even though the price is). It seemed more like a side dish for the amount you get. For dessert we tried the apple curler and were again underwhelmed. The cake was dry (likely from being cold), and the buttercream was missing sugar. However the cinnamon ice cream was good. Needless to say we didn't finish dessert. The service was good, and I will say this place is a steakhouse so that could be why we had a lackluster experience since neither if us ordered steak. Still, for the price we paid it was not worth it. This was our first and last time at this restaurant.

Steak was low quality for a chophouse. Bar is very nice to have a drink, but appetizers lacked flavor.

Previous reviews are correct. Beautiful restaurant, food was good, not great. Service was fine but had large gaps in it, with only 3 table occupied, this was hard to understand. Everyone was very friendly, multiple greetings, opening doors, etc. Overall...the experience on the whole was just...meh....We really wanted to love this restaurant since we have lost 2 downtown fine dining restaurants, but they still have work to do to make the meal match the cost.
